Our room was enormous by European standards. It was nice to have plenty of elbow room for a change. This is not a luxury hotel, but you could really stretch out. Also, the location was great. Plenty of shopping. Plenty of activities and restaurants close at hand. The internet descriptions gave the impression it was a little far from the city center. Nothing could be further from the truth.

You need to realize that vehicle street access for temporary baggage and check-in is posted "do not enter". So people sometimes honk and wave at you like you're a moron when you barrel down the short lane the "wrong way". But the do-not-enter sign also includes an express exception for hotel traffic and delivery truck traffic. So, the access is really quite easy, convenient and perfectly legal if you blow off that do-not-enter sign.

Central location; friendliness and efficiency of hosts and their willingness to help with questions about local amenities and the hosts’ readiness to add comfort to my 5-day stay (extra towels, an electric kettle for my room); generous breakfast with quality breakfast offerings ; good central heating which was much needed in exceptionally cold Spring in late March

Good location but not easy to find. Visiting the Toulose Lautrec Museum is easy from here just a short walk through a mainly pedestrianised area. Kind and helpful owners.

Parking is -as usual in a town centre a little difficult but there is parking underground in front of the Hotel and you need sharp eyes to spot the entrance. There is a lift from the car park to ground level but it is across the road from hotel.

Spacious room and central location in a building located at bustling Place du Vigan. There was a carousel right outside and lots of cafés, chocolatier as well as a green area with benches. Great wine bar (Le chien rouge) across the street. All about 8 minutes stroll from the Cathedral and Toulouse-Lautrec museum. Staff were helpful and we could leave the luggage and use the toilet before checking-in having arrived early. The decor was very simple but the place was clean. There was a mini fridge in our room. We stayed with 2 children (10 and 13).

It would have been great if there was a kettle in a room.

3 stars of excellence! I have stayed In 5 stars that don’t compare! Ok it doesn’t have all the bullshit bells and whistles , but what it does have is: 1: family owned 2: clean and presentable! 3: Location 4: restaurants all around you 5: Good size room 6: private underground cark park 7: free WiFi 8: and a great continental breakfast that’s doesn’t cost you and arm and a leg!! 9: the owners are delightful! Highly recommend it 👍👍

Everything was so clean and in good working order. The shower is the biggest I have seen in this level of hotel and there is a small platform to put your shampoo etc which other hotels neglect to provide. The staff were very nice and helpful. Parking was very close.

Everything was in perfect order but there was no charm at all in this hotel. However, I felt very safe.

Centrally located at the entrance to Albi Old Centre. Comfortable and clean. Walking distance to Cathedral and Lautrec Museum. Underground parking 15 metres from the front door.

While it is in the Central plaza it’s not easy to spot as it has a small entrance obscured from some viewing angles.

This hotel is well-run, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was bew with a v good shower and the bed was large and comfortable. Thme underground car park is next to the hotel with a hotel rate of 11 euros for24 hours. Super breakfast. .

Decor is a little odd fashioned (orange and brown)

The kindness of the personel, which addressed quite minor but well appreciated requests. The location was very convenient, not far from what we wanted to visit (the cathedral, the Toulouse-Lautrec museum). The room was very quite with a luminous bathroom.

Should we really not like something ? I hate writing reviews, but in this case, I do it, because the people were very nice.

The welcome was warm. The bedroom cosy, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The location is excellent - 7 minutes walk from the cathedral and Toulouse Lautrec museum and on a lovely big, local square. Parking was easy.
