The hotel is exceptionally well-located and offers (paid) parking. Our room was comfortable, the bed super nice. Good pillows too. We had excellent sleep. The restaurant/breakfast area has a lot of character.

The breakfast could be better. Especially the breads. It's not bad, but didn't compare favorably to other hotels we stayed at and that charged about the same price.

The central location with hotel parking. The room and bed size were exceptional with a window looking out to a pretty courtyard garden. Decorated with lovely antiques and tasteful period features. The electric blinds made a complete black out, which we like at night. Check in and out was simplicity itself and the host was flexible about leaving the car for a little longer while we explored Albi in the morning. It was a luxury one night stay, for a birthday, in the middle of a gite holiday and it did not disappoint.

I think the breakfast could have been better. Quite a basic continental with coffee from a machine.

Nice, very clean, slightly old-fashioned (not in a bad way) hotel, well placed near Central Albi. Outstandingly helpful staff- bilingual. Very well run. Plenty of room in bedroom. Secure carpark. Overall, a strong recommendation.

Excellent location a few steps from the historic center with the possibility of secure parking for a motorcycle for 15 Euros per night. The hotel's beautiful architecture evokes the early 20th century. Absolute peace. A fantastic opportunity to sit in the cozy garden (the garden can be visited even after the staff have left by entering through the first floor - ask at the reception).

Great location - on the edge of the historic centre - with private parking. Pleasant surroundings, garden, and lounge. Great simple buffet breakfast. Our 'Privilege' room was large, immaginatively decorated and quiet.

Wonderfully situated Hotel, near to the centre of the city and its great shopping and market district Safe and secure garden parking with direct access to the hotel lobby. Staff were so helpful with directions and advice. We'd return again without hesitation.

The location was very good. The bed and room vere very comfortable..

The breakfast provided was rudimentary, barely sufficient to meet minimal expectations. The cheese was inexpensive and processed, as were the sliced cold meats. The cereals offered were similarly basic and low-cost.

Its central location and easy parking in a large secure courtyard together with the friendly and helpful staff. My room was quiet, well equipped with a very comfortable bed and a good shower room.

The breakfast had rather limited choice and it would be nice to have it outside in the garden.

There was no hot water due to a breakdown, which we were not informed about in advance. We were unpleasantly surprised after a long and tiring journey.
