Amazing staff. Knowledgeable and very nice. The morning after we even "caught" the whole team in a meeting where they were informed and instructed on something new. It's team work and you can tell. Clean, recently renovated, we got a nice upgrade as the room was available, but - to be honest - I had a look at the original room as well and both were equally beautiful. Maybe the upgraded one was slightly bigger. Very good breakfast, nice deco. Love for details. Parking available at a very decent price. Good position to visit Martingues and the surroundings. A very positive experience!

Lovely friendly staff that told us everything we needed to know about the town and even gave us a little map. We travelled with our large dog and they had no issues.

The door to the bathroom looked like the doors of a wardrobe, it felt a bit weird. The room was very small even though my booking said I had gotten an upgrade to a larger room.

Really kind helpful staff. They make a real effort with the deco etc. Good breakfast, lots of choice and plenty of it. Close (5 or 10 mins walk)to loads of cafes and restaurants and the lake.

Dining room ( when full) is a little cramped . Otherwise, all good!

Location of property is excellent. Lovely hotel with loads of character and spotlessly clean. Lady on desk (didn't get her name)was very welcoming. Beautiful sun terrace to sit and relax⁹

Room was a little small but we were only there for 1 night so was quiet adequate. If staying for longer would recommend upgrading to a bigger room

Easy to find. Well situated within walking distance to the center with bars, restaurants. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast.

Too small bed.

We stayed one night as we were flying back to England on Sunday AM from Marseilles. The reception staff were very helpful and were available early in the morning until late evening. The receptionist booked a taxi for us to get to the airport on Sunday for 7.00AM. The room was small but the bed was really comfortable and the level access shower was good. The location was excellent fot exploring the pretty town of Martigues.

The oil refinery is close by and although you cannot see it from the hotel or Martigues there is a smell in the air. This is not the fault of the hotel and should not be a reason not to visit this beautiful town.

I liked the breakfast very much. Quality and continuous refill from the staff. The family rooom is little but very charming and cosy. Parking is available at few minutes walking. Water for free outside the rooms.

Great decor and super friendly staff.. Good breakfast. Only a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants.
