I've had the opportunity to travel and stay in many hotels around the world, but I’ve never encountered such genuinely kind and welcoming service as I did here. The reception team was outstanding , friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I must give special recognition to Jawed, whose service was truly exceptional. His attentiveness, warmth, and dedication stood out and made my stay unforgettable. He is a true asset to the team and a shining example of excellent hospitality.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN AN INDUSTRIAL AREA, BUT THE WORD INDUSTRIAL ZONE IS MORE A COMPLIMENT THAN A REPROACH. A VERY QUIET, SPARSELY POPULATED PLACE, EXACTLY WHAT I LOVE. FIVE MINUTES WALK, AND YOU GET INTO A HUGE GREEN AREA WHERE YOU CAN WALK ENDLESSLY. THE HOTEL ITSELF LEAVES A VERY POSITIVE IMPRESSION, THE GIRLS AT THE RECEPTION ARE VERY SMILING, AND WILL ALWAYS TELL YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, FOR EXAMPLE HOW TO GET TO THE CITY. THE BREAKFAST IS STANDARD, LIKE THE AVERAGE IN EUROPE, THIS IS NOT TURKEY))) THERE IS ALWAYS NATURAL COFFEE AND FRESHLY SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE. ALDI AND CARREFOUR SUPERMARKETS ARE LOCATED NEARBY.

The hotel was excellent, it was out of town but very easily accessible with great parking. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful considering we arrived at 9pm and happily advised us of a restaurant nearby. The hotel has lovely decor and our room was very comfortable, although we weren’t there long enough to use it, the pool area looked fantastic.

Nothing to dislike!

I spent so long in traffic I randomly selected here to stay. The location is great. Away from the hustle and bustle but everything minutes away; shops, restaurants, pubs, and spas of which I took advantage off to destress!! 😃

Location was bit out of way but with a car was fine. Only 10 mins from the harbour. Beautiful place. Great security in the hotel at night time. Gates and doors have PIN code

lack of nice restaurants on spot. However nearby Martigues offers many interesting "gourmet" level dining locations.

Area around the pool was a bit slippery. Pool was great though !

New and very clean structure. the position is very convenient to reach Martigues. unfortunately restaurants in the close vicinity (I.e. walking distance) are not really worth. Nearby the hotel the location offers several trails/paths for excellent workout/jogging/sightseeing/summer beaches. Marco

Clean, quiet and wonderful location for hiking/trail running in the"parc de figuerolles" and t access nearby work location. Martigues offers good choice of restaurants.
