Staff are super nice, Mael was helping me out a lot with all my questions and demands 🤭 the place is tired the facilities ( especially the pool) needs some much needed maintenance., but it's great to have a pool! The room we had was spacious, modern,& clean not at all like the dated photos I saw on this website so we were pleasantly surprised. Also important to us is the size of the beds and we were very pleased. Also having a good airconditioning and a fridge and a microwave, for a 3 star stay was more than we expected. We wouldn't mind staying here again..

Pool area is in a nice location but needs some much needed TLC and a bit more maintenance.

Location was perfect, just a few minutes by car from the centre of Istres.

Swift and kind response of the staff (due to some strikes I had to modify the dates of my stay in Istres).

Location of the hotel, comfy bed and a big space in the room. Superb bathroom.

No possibility to eat in the hotel in the evenings. However, that gives you a chance to get to know the city and its restaurants.

The position is nice: close to les Heures Claire’s, Istres. 1 big plus: the towel warmer in the bathroom!

Well maintained swimmingpool, good wifi, extensive (buffet) breakfast.

Small room, mouldy and with detective curtain. TV didn't switch on (might have been a battery-issue with the remote control). The hotel is located outside the town centre so to get anywhere you'll need private or public transport. Staff is very helpfull but also multitasking so there might nobody at the reception desk at moments, even the phone is not answered then (don't panic if this happens to you when you arrive, instead be patient). The hotel is very noisy and (just as the rooms) it lacks basic maintenance. You can hear conversations in other rooms, TVs, phones ringing/buzzing, doors closing etc. Not nice when you're trying to catch some sleep.

Cleanness was superficial and unsatisfactory. When we lowered the blinds to go to sleep, we saw they were tainted with dirt that seemed to be several years old. Our kid crawled around the moquette and after 5 minutes he had pitch black knees. Also, 80% of staff wasn't wearing a mask even in personal interaction situations -- but it seems it's common place in France, so I'm not including that in the score. They did wear a mask when requested.
