The owners, Sylvia and Philippe were extremely friendly, professional, and caring! They welcomed me and my dog Maison, who were able to locate us on the ground floor for better accessibility of the room! The rooms were very cozy, and well-equipped. We have also additionally asked for the breakfast, which was well organized and presented. The location in the hotel is close to the lake - and not far from the tiny city center! The additional bonus is the small swimming pool with sun beds!

We came down in the region for a wedding and it was a great choice for its location fairly close to the venue. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also briefly used to pool which was nice and cool for the hot summer days.

Unsure of the reason, the AC was struggling to create cool air at some point even after a few hours on.

This is a friendly little hotel, welcoming and comfortable. All our needs were met, in particular help with heavy cases, advice about the town.

Nobody’s fault, but the very loud music until after midnight from the nearby summer festival was challenging.

A/C doesn’t work properly, almost doesn’t change temperature in the room and makes a lot of nose, impossible to sleep with it.

Breakfasts were very good and tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable with air-conditioning and a full length mechanical volet. The situation was ideally suited, being halfway between the centre of Istres and the oppidum (Dinosaur park)
