Great hotel. Prime position on the harbour. We had executive room with a balcony, the design was such that we were right on the front but very private from passers by and rooms either side. Huge comfortable bed, beautifully practical functional shower room. Coffee maker etc. This felt like an extremely well run place. Things worked as they should! Turn down service was a surprise! Free cocktails (for declining chambermaid service one day) were fab. The bar is exceptional, the cocktails generous and interesting. All staff members we met were friendly and helpful. Very nice atmosphere. ( so often you arrive at a hotel to find the receptionist captivated by his/her computer screen? always annoys). This is a sweet pretty port town. Several restaurants, pleasant to walk around. Easy little stroll around to the end of the harbour which rewards with great views. Not sure if there are other hotels around but this is the one to stay at. Its position has ownership of the port and it is exceptional.

We didn’t have the breakfast, wandered out nearby on one morning and left too early the next. It was pretty expensive anyway. There is mention of secure parking which was very costly. We were super glad we had not booked it. Plenty of free safe parking immediately around the hotel. The reception is at the back of the building on a through road. We parked there and whenever we went past there were spare spaces. We were not in high season of course. Also seemed to be lots of hotel marked spaces on the front side of the hotel. The actual secure parking spaces in basement of building approached from the front/port side. Then lift straight up to reception/bar level or to floors for rooms. Very easy for transporting luggage. This is a well thought out building.

Comfortable hotel, but a little pricey for what we got. Very helpful staff. Excellent restaurant, but again, quite pricey. I think the hotel is working very hard to achieve a superior level but hasn’t quite got there yet.

The room was too small to fit in any chairs although there were two on the balcony. However - whenever anyone used the pool, two floors above, the balcony got splashed. And then, at night, the mosquitoes - man, the mosquitoes. Nothing in the room to counter them. Hardly slept at all.

There's not enough space for me to write down everything! Top TOP hotel!! And even better staff!!

There was just one minor issue with my door not being able to close properly which shocked the staff even more than I, solutions were quickly found and offered immediately but as I had just had a very hard weekend off conferences I was not planning on going anywhere and it was still possible to lock the door from the inside. Peut-être, aussi.... Pas assez de whisky tourbé ;)

contemporary, clean design; the room & our terrace were beautifully spacious, very comfortable bed, very thoughtfully designed bathroom with loads of space to leave our washbags etc. 2 small things that would improve the bathrooms: 2/3 bathrobe hooks on the wall for towels & if there was a low voltage light in the WC cubicle to use during the night

everything was very well thought out

Breakfast . There was plenty of choice , the food was fresh . The dining room overlooked the bay

Unfortunately , when the patio doors were opened , there was an army of tiny ants ready to find our biscuits which we had to throw away !!! We would have preferred a kettle to the Nespresso machine which spewed out too much boiling water

They didn't have English Breakfast Tea !!! Please order some PG Tips or similar for your UK guests. We asked every morning, but none appeared. If it were my hotel. I would have made a point of going out to buy some specifically to please that client. An opportunity missed .....

Just a fantastic experience. The breakfast was amazing and delivered to the room. Staff were helpful. Room was beautiful and clean. The additional perks of chocolates and cake/tea before bed were divine.

The only thing was the taxi ordered by the hotel for us to get to the airport was an absolute rip off! Charged us double the price for the trip compared to arriving which was quite upsetting.

We liked everything about the room and the hotel in general-comfort,design, space, products. Amazing view from the cabin, the terrace,restaurant. Perfect location. The only one missing point was the swimming pool, which is not open yet. We found it really shameful. But otherwise we have spent wonderful time in between friends.

Absolutely perfect. Treated my mom for her birthday and it had everything you need. Gastro restaurant, spa, pool facing the port and the sun. Everything is nicely decorated, smell nice and staff are incredibly polite and helpful.

The hotel was very modern and bright. The rooms were very clean and had amazing views.

No Clear instructions on how to get to the spa and then very confusing because one elevator doesn’t go down to that level. The spa access of steam room and jacuzzi weren’t included with the room and was expensive by itself.
