Stayed here at the beginning of September, just after the French school 'Rentrée'. Still high season, but quieter! The location of La Tuilière is just perfect. Only a 1 minute walk to the sea, 10 minutes seafront walk to the harbour, and it was really lovely to wake up to the sight of sunrise over the Côte Bleu. Our triple room was just right (although not huge!). The small outdoor pool was great for kids to play in at the end of the afternoon, and there was still enough space to lounge with a coffee or a glass of wine and still be able to keep an eye on them. Breakfast was very good, nice bread, pains chocolats/raisins, crêpes, yoghurts, fruit, coffee etc, and it was nice to be able to eat outside. That said, at €15 each it was a bit expensive. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and even with my very bad french it was possible to communicate with no problem ;-) Check out the hotel's own photos- they are pretty representative of the place, definitely not too 'glossy' to rely on. We loved this place!

The rooms, pool, and staff were wonderful. An outstanding restaurant on the beach was a 3 minute walk away in one direction and the center of town was a 10 minute walk the other direction. Very convenient.

I had confirmed there was an airport shuttle available for the time we needed two weeks before our arrival but was informed while checking in that due to staffing we would have to take a cab. The hotel did schedule a cab for us and it arrived right on time, but cost 78€ to go to the Marseille airport. It is not close by.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly. Nice that there was a pool. Location for restaurants and swimming were good. Great location.

No lift if you can’t manage stairs. Although not a problem for us it might be for some. Card entry as there is limited reception hrs. This is a family hotel so understandable.

Room: rather cramped; only one chair (2 people); very limited choice of TV stations - and the batteries had been put into the remote controller the wrong way round! Breakfast: excellent Pity there was no bar or restaurant attached and open.

The loveliest couple run this hotel, they are polite, charming and we had a beer with them One evening and practised our French!! The hotel is v near a lovely, safe, sandy beach with a charming restaurant/ice cream Parlour above.

Location absolutely perfect for beach. Pool great to be able to retreat to when we expired at the beach.

Room is small for the price and awkwardly laid out. Fixtures/fittings feel cheaply attached and easy to accidentally break.

the management is constantly improving the hotel since 2021, so there is still opportunity to make the building and it’s rooms nicer I recommend taking a room at the back, overlooking the garden & pines, because it’s a bit quieter

The staff could have been more friendly and try not to get annoyed with us when we couldn’t open the front door. Would have been nice to sit in the lounge in the evening but it was locked

The sea view was great.The breakfast was nice. We had the pool to our selves.

It over looked a very busy main road. There is no reastraunt in the hotel. The bar didn't appear to be open.
