The staff (Mandy) was exceptional, great communication and super friendly and helpful on site. The location was great and the rooms were very well sound proofed which led to a very quiet nights
The accommodation was absolutely fine though seemed a little tired in places. Other than that, there was nothing I didn't like

Self catering apartment. Good size. Remember you have to pay for bed linen and towels. Great location.

The lady at the reception desk was very nice and did everything she could to improve out stay - she found a coffee machine, some glasses etc that were missing from our room. She was very friendly.
There was a horrible smell of drains.

Good location , five minutes stroll from the port. flexible mini kitchen. Good aircon comfortable clean functional rooms.
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The location is great and the exterior is very beautiful. Receptionist was friendly.
Big issue for me was the size of the room, which was very, very small. There was a small kitchen, but not a table to eat. There was a small "desk", but not big enough to use for working. There was no "public area" where one could sit either. One of the sheets was not entirely clean.

The rooms they advertize as double are by far not the ones in the pictures on booking- extremely small in comparison and not all have balcony- dont try if you are claustrophobic. old plastic furniture, plastic shower curtain. we asked to change the room, would have even paid extra, but we were told they are fully booked, even though we could see not all rooms are occupied. elevator not working- which was ok for us, but might not be for many. as my partner said: never again

Not at all like the photos showed. Very small rooms not studio flats as advertised. No balcony or breakfast facilities.
