The staff at Escale Villa are amazing! I unexpectedly found myself in France alone when my friends flight was delayed and couldn't fly out until the following day. To make matters worse I don't speak French and was unable to make my way to Nimes where my accommodation was booked, I make a last minuting booking so I could meet my friends the next day. I was greeted warmly and made to feel safe and welcome after a stressful day. I was placed in a lovely room with access to the beautiful pool and garden. I was offered refreshment drinks from the fridge and breakfast the following morning. After check out Karine let me stay in the villa until my friends came to meet me which was further shows the fantastic service they provide.

Karine was a fabulous host and really went out of her way for us, picking us up at the airport at 11 pm because the Marseille taxi drivers were out on strike! She was delightful and made us feel very much at home. The breakfast was great, and we even got to swim in the pool, which was right outside our room's terrace door.

My wife felt the mattress was a little soft, but I didn't notice!

Everything! The welcome, the quality of the set up, my own private bit of terrace to eat outside, thé quietitude despite the proximity of the airport. So much nicer than a traditional hotel 🙏

Slight bemol: the Wi-Fi signal was not reaching the bedroom

Nice, clean and convenient for airport. Host was lovely and friendly. She let us have the room earlier than stated. It was good to have use of the kitchen as we wanted a meal in as there aren’t really restaurants in walking distance

We booked what we thought was very close to the airport, but it was difficult to get a taxi reservation. Booking.com taxis were almost THREE TIMES the cost we actually paid from the airport. Karine was an angel and drove us to the airport herself in the morning. People like that restore one's faith in humanity. Merci beaucoup, Karine!

The owner was very kind and accommodating since our flight was delayed and we arrived late. Lovely place. We found it with GPS OK. She let us leave our bags while we went into Marseille for a tour, which was nice. Enjoyed the breakfast, self-serve, but all you could want.

Perhaps a little far from the airport if you have an early flight, but otherwise just fine.

Breakfast was lovely. Croissants and a variety of jams, orange juice fruit, yogurt and coffe. The room was good sized and very pleasant.plentyof complimentary drinks in the fridge.

looks really luxury with the pool and the sauna. Really nice owner and her family, we felt really welcomed. love that I could come with my dog and that all the other guests also had a small dog, really didn’t feel like my dog was an imposition, quite the opposite. I had a great stay !!

maybe it s just me but I felt the bed was too soft maybe some new mattress would help but maybe it s a recent one and bought soft, this is subjective and I would still happily go back

The owner so lovely and helpful. Beautiful property with terrace, pool and place to workout. Well equipped kitchen. And owner graciously called us a taxi to the airport.

The location is very close to the airport. The small, quite city has everything you need. It's close to the promenade and restaurants if you want to go, but you can also order food or prepare you own meal. The host is very nice and friendly and ready to help. I would stay there again.
