The staff was so helpful, friendly and accommodating...the outdoor space was beautiful and the parking was excellent and free. Highly recommend it. The housekeeping staff was exceptional, did a wonderful job every day. If I have any suggestions I would say, the small reading corner should include some English, maybe German and Italian books. Next time.i will bring some with me to add to the selection. Thank you for a most wonderful experience and look forward to returning!

The staff made us comfortable esp Oreann who was at the desk when we checked in The room is more spacious than any European hotels we've stayed in during our travels. The bed linens were comfortable that I was able to grab some sleep before our very early flight. It is very close to the airport which was primarily why we chose this hotel due to the time of our flight. Most of all It is very clean and it smells good!!! It looked like it had undergone a recent improvement. Another plus for us is that it has a safe. The food I ordered at the restaurant was phenomenal. I haven't tasted anything like that in any Asian restaurant and the presentation was excellent!!! I will return to this hotel if ever I come back to Marseille. Highly recommend.

It didn't have an elevator but the staff helped us with our luggage. The taxi driver wasn't able to locate the hotel right away.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff

It was a shame that the bar wasn’t open on Saturday evening. We ate our own food which was no problem - as we knew that the restaurant would be closed. But it’s a shame that the reception staff could not add a drink/bottle of wine to our final bill. We would have been happy to pay for it.

Good price/value, easy check in and check out even during the night, for one night is perfect, nice view, good parking lot

The air-conditioner was very dirty, the room had a strange smell (we stopped the A/C and opened the window and then wes ok).

Convenient location for the reason of the visit. Easy road access to other interesting places to visit. Welcoming friendly staff. Restaurant. Nice terrasse.

Nice helpful staff, good location for Airport ( approx 14 minutes by car) clean. Ample free parking with no height restriction - usually we have a van over 2m high so this is often a problem

Not a problem for us as running up a three or four flights of stairs is still possible , but there is no lift so not great for those with limited mobility or any other physical disabilty.

This was a great stop-over on our way to and from the Aix TGV station. It is in a business area, surrounded by units, and arterial roads, but was very complete. Our room was clean, cool and comfy. We were delighted / relieved to find they did evening meals, which were ingenious "dinners-in-a-jar" - my merguez sausage with puy lentils, and his salmon with potato were both very tasty and filling. With a beer and wine too. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and well-serviced too - with a juicer for making your own orange juice, and a good range of fresh fruit, cheese, bakery, and dairy options.

The taxi drivers clearly don't know of the hotel, so took ages to find it from the TGV, but we got there in the end. And the hotel use a good taxi firm so getting back to collect our hire car was no problem. With no car you are entirely reliant on taxis to get you there.

The breakfast had really limited options, also, there was no lactose-free milk (I’m lactose intolerant). One of the staff members did try and help me to find some, though, so that was very nice of her.

Super cute! Loved the patio and breakfast. Shower pressure great and the place was lovely and very clean!
