The Hilton Garden is perfectly located for Marseille airport (we were catching an earlyish flight the next morning) and is as comfortable as a modern hotel should be. The aircon in the room was efficient on a 40 degree afternoon as well as being quiet and the beds and shower were good.

Breakfast. How a few scrappy bits of cold meat and a feeble selection of fruit can be considered sufficient is beyond me. The cooked breakfast did not appeal, especially on a hot morning and the patisserie was sparse. Service in the restaurant the previous evening was very hit and miss with an over-cocky waiter who needed reminding of our requests several times. Should be better.

Overall a good and convenient stay, especially for its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast service — the staff didn’t speak English, and the lady preparing my scrambled eggs never brought them. When I asked the supervisor, he told me to queue again, which felt a bit disrespectful since I had already waited. Aside from that, the experience was pleasant and met my needs.

the hotel was very well laid out, beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces and facilities. very private. staff were very good. very clean. bed and linens were very comfortable. simple decor but very tasteful.

room could be a bit bigger - was a bit cramped. hotel could also have provided guests on how to find the "buttons" requesting for shuttle. we didn't know where the call buttons were and instead, we were looking for a shuttle bus that was nowhere to be found. it was the public bus driver who eventually directed us to the place. it was a frustrating experience especially when you arrive at midnight and couldn't ask anyone for help, and also especially when one does not speak French.

A very comfortable and peaceful room with a good buffet breakfast served from 6:30 a.m. on weekdays and 7:00 a.m on the weekend. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Situated out of town in a residential/commercial area near the motorway. A car is almost a necessity, but buses no. 15 and 18 run into Aix-en-Provence every half-hour. It’s a 15-minute walk to the bus stop. Tickets can be purchased from a local tabac next to Lidl supermarket. Taxis can be booked but are very expensive.

Very large room with a very comfortable bed, and spotless shower room . Staff was very helpful. We were only there for a very short night to be close to the airport to take a very early flight, so were not really there long enough to avail ourselves fully of the facilities. Fresh croissants and similar & a very good automatic coffee machine were available in spite of the very early hour [4AM]. Added convenience: we were able to leave our car for the four nights we were away for less than cheapest long term car park at the airport!

More frequent shuttles to the terminals... but we walked [less than 10 minutes!]: we didn't have that much luggage so it was good to walk a bit before sitting in a plane!

The hotel is 10-minute walk away from the airport, the airport departure screen is in the lobby, which is handy. Additionally, a free mini-bus service to the airport is provided 24/7. The breakfast is ample with a variety of choices. Air conditioning in the rooms works well, the bed and mattress are comfortable, sound-proof windows block noise from the airport. The staff is helpful and friendly.

When the breakfast time finishes, the staff immediately takes all the food away from the restaurant even if the guests are still in and eating. This creates a sense of urgency and a feeling that you have to hurry up. On busy hours the room service is sometimes useless.

The shuttle service was prompt and the driver friendly. The hotel was modern and very clean. Everything sparkled. The room had a great little fridge and coffee maker. The dinner was good and the breakfast the next morning was superb. Omelet station, breads and croissants, fresh fruit, juices...

I had to wait at check-in for someone to go check if my room was ready. When I took a shower, the drain was clogged and water was all over the bathroom floor. There was a hair on the sheets when I turned down the bed. I called reception about the flood and the sheets. She said she'd send someone over. She ended up bringing sheets to the room and checking out the bathroom flood. She didn't realize it was so bad when I called. She gave me the sheets (did not change them herself) and said she'd try to find me another room. They found me a handicap-accessible room and I had to change rooms. They offered to help me move my things but I declined--Didn't have that much to move.

The food in the restaurant was great. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic. The bed was comfy and TV has some good movie choices for free. Checking in and out is a breeze. They have a shuttle to take you back to the airport that is about 5 minutes away. You need the room key to operate the elevator/lift. There is a push button in a pillar outside Terminal 1 in the airport to call for a ride to the hotel which is exceptional. The staff is friendly.

The shower tub in the bathroom is a bit too tall to climb in. You have to be careful to get in and out of the bathtub. The shower is great but pay attention to the bathtub. The hair dryer had some stains or some kinda of crap on it that i was not comfortable touching it. I reported that and they didn't have a spare hair dryer to give. That is our only chief issue about the room.

The room was spacious and tidy. The properties well maintained with a basic efficient Gym and a nice restaurant on the ground level. The location was great near the airport and the staff were very helpful with a shuttle

We had a below average experience in the restaurant with the staff being less than attentive. We also were given a disabled room with shower didn’t have doors so the entire bathroom floor was wet when we showered

Next to the airport, dining, bar, pool and next door to the Wild flamingos in the airport marsh. Room was comfortable. Front desk staff were top. Excellent limo service to airport…took 3 minutes.

Drinks and dinner quite expensive, drinks are very small pours for the price, and a shot of liquor cost what a bottle likely costs the HGI to purchase…no value and customer price gouging in my opinion! Other hotel on our trip charged no where near these drink prices for the amount poured.
