This is a functional hotel located immediately within walking distance (10 mins) from the airport. Its quite basic, but clean and comfortable. I recommend if you have a flight to take and need to be close by. We did not try the breakfast or other facilities, as it was an in/out situation. Very helpful - they have a free shuttle to the airport from 5 am until 23:30.

Its a bit expensive for how basic it is, but this is not a huge deal.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. I loved the convenience of an airport shuttle and the location near the Marseille Airport. I asked to be on the top floor and that request was honored. Amazing decor. Great outside areas in which to spend time. Lobby was so comfortable in which to hang out. Comfortable bed and furnishings.

The sparseness of the room was okay but there were no towels but BODY towels. There was nowhere to dry hands. Facial tissues would have been nice, too. No fresh fruit at the breakfast. For the price, something fresh would have been nice, along with decaffeinated coffee, too.

-The ridiculous 'franglais' food menu. .a combination of English and French words for each item of food. It was farcical and silly rather than 'cool'. In Marseille let's have a french written menu with an English translation below please! -The older guy in charge ( we think) of the restaurant was not friendly and had no eye contact :( the rest of staff in restaurant, reception, shuttles were all very friendly - A steady flow of Ant's in dining toom.on wooden shelf

The location was perfect for the airport as I had a very early flight in the morning. I arrived late afternoon so spend the rest of it relaxing by the pool which was great. The staff were all friendly and spoke English which was very helpful.

The quality of the food at the restaurant was quite poor. It’s a great setting and the service staff were all kind and responsive but the food was let down. The menu was also quite unclear with a mix of English and French so I ordered something and it was different to what I expected.

We arrived at midday by train from Arles on 8th October and our room was available. We were able to have a shower and leave our luggage to then take a bus to Marseille centre fro Airport. Arrive back at 20.00 called for shuttle bus pickup and then had a good meal in restaurant at Hotel On 9th too shuttle bus to the catch 9.25 flight

SOME CONFUSION WITH OTHER IBIS HOTELS AT AIRPORT. WOULD HAVE LIKED KETTLE IN ROOM

We stayed in the hotel night before an early flight from the nearby airport. Check in staff very helpful and room was perfect for our short stay. The hotel has a pool which we didn't use but it looked to be of a good standard. The hotel bar and outside seating area was very good. The food in the restaurant was of good quality. We would use this hotel again

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the airport but this does not operate 24 hrs. We had to be at the airport at 3 o'clock and had to walk as did several other people who were in the hotel. It is about a ten minute walk but inconvenient with two suitcases

Very convenient location, 10 minute walk on the flat to the terminal, a very nice bar and restaurant area , with a very nice pool and sun terrace. The rersturant , was pretty good and reasonably prices. a good breakfast with gluten free bread, served from very early ( I think 4:30 am but check) which meant for once , I could have breakfast before an early flight. Parking is secure.

Room quite small but that was ok, it was perfect for our needs.

From the moment I entered the staff were brilliant. The lady at the reception, the bartender who was rushed off his feet and the breakfast team. They were all perfect. Ibis just need to update the property and it would be top. Internet dropped out all the time. The place looks very dated and as if nobody has bothered with it for 20 years. The staff keep this place going.

It was a huge relief that the hotel was able to provide interconnecting rooms for us and our two children. The rooms were comfortable and neat and the location couldn't have been better considering we had a very early flight the next morning; having a shuttle to the airport was a godsend. Also there was a very nice breakfast available considering it was 4am.

Very few vegetarian options despite it having been advertised in several places that there would be some available; this caused difficulties and extra expense at dinner.
