The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need for a short stay. The stand-out of Greet Marseille Airport is the staff: they are exceptional! Phillipa is truly excellent at her job, and Greet are so lucky to have her. Every member of staff was friendly and so helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is brilliant. I can't thank the staff enough, and I'll be very happy to stay here on my next trip.

If I'm really nitpicking: a kettle and fridge in the room would be nice, but as this was clear from the time of booking, this really is nitpicking!

Clean, friendly and generally excellent, Food was much better than expected, the decor was an unusual mixture of materials that worked very well, We liked the fact that the hotel doesn't pretend to be something it isn't, 3 star is probably a fair guide but a good 3 star,

The only fly in our ointment was the bed, very comfortable except for the horrible mattress protector that drew every ounce of moisture out of you leaving you feeling dried out whilst laying on wet sheets. Better quality covers would improve the quality of sleep and transform the bed into something really comfortable

There is a free shuttle bus to from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is on the highway so I stayed there until I took my flight. There is a buffet for dinner and there is a nice pool outdoors area with swimming. The room was clean and the bed comfortable

There were works next to my bedroom which were not that noisy , but I had people who could see me through the window during the day unless I put the blind down. The outdoor space is lovely however there is noise from the road. There isn't much around the building, unless you have a car, you are a bit stuck there.

The staff were nothing short of wonderful. And the position between the airport and the train station. The hotel is very straightforward;, clean bed and bathroom, a terrace, a pool to look at and a fine breakfast area. But the staff are the winning deal. Most guests are just transiting - coming from the airport or going to the airport and the staff know all the questions and have the answers and solutions.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They drove us from the airport where we returned the car to the hotel and back to the airport in the morning. This transfer is free. We really liked the pool that was available in front of the hotel which was clean and we enjoyed it very much. We must also commend the very good breakfast including fresh juice. Overall I can recommend it for a one night stay after arrival or before departure.

The hotel is a little harder to find, but it's only a few minutes from the airport by car. The rooms are smaller but clean and sufficient for one night's stay. The equipment is no longer the latest, but sufficient. Definitely never try walking from the airport, it's seemingly a short walk, but it's a very dangerous journey over busy roads, rather unrealistic. Google maps pretends it is possible, but believe me it is not :-). Take advantage of the shuttle bus that the accommodation offers. They are very helpful.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was so quiet despite being next to the airport. Excellent location to stay at if you have an early morning flight or if you arrived on a late flight and need sleep. Staff are available and friendly. Food is available for any meal.

The hotel is difficult to find on gps; also confusing because it’s in a complex with commercial businesses. The room was too small to move around freely with big suitcases. The paint on the walls is too bright and the plywood meant for decor isn’t relaxing.

Very last minute booking upon late arrival at the airport ( 23:00). At 23:30, got inside the hotel 5-10minute drive from the arrival gate! Went smoothly, they send a code to open the gate. Nice welcoming by the person at the desk. Clean and quiet room, comfy beds with extra-mattress. Stuffy breakfast , oranges that you can can squeeze, eggs that you can boil with appliance on top of the usual range of croissants, cereal, bread, turkey ham, cheese..Also .Nice pool area with lounge chairs, board games and crayons for kids ...

The Staff were helpful and the rooms where cleaned daily and fresh towels and bedding replaced daily ...the train station was a five minutes walk behind the hotel and a bus stop at the end of the road which takes too and from the airport , which is just short walk .

No mini fridge in the room , could have done with one . The price of drinks where overpriced €8 for a pint of 1664 beer , €4 for a orangina, eating was a bit pricey too , breakfast €10 per day €20 evening meal per day ... I think a price reduction in that area would make more attractive.

Very friendly welcome, comfortable room and unique style. Was priced reasonably well for access to the airport for a really early check in, too challenging had we stayed in Marseilles city. Shuttle pick up was very helpful.

Very little, other than the advertised free shuttle does not operate before 5am. The suggestion was that the bulk of flights did not require checkin prior to this, however (a) we were not alone at 4am in having a taxi collect us from reception and (b) there were about 5 flights departing pre-0630. Worth re-considering shuttle offer start-time early morning. Also, loved the room design, but the hanging lights are actually a little too low!

Very convenient to the airport which was helpful to catching an early flight. Free on-site parking was appreciated. Offered free shuttle to the airport. Room was well-equipped and clean. Hotel had bar and restaurant. Front desk was very helpful on the check-in and check-out, and even provided us with wine glasses to enjoy a bottle of wine in our room.

Room was basic and quite small. It was fine for a short-stay in our case but would be cramped for a longer-stay.
