Free safe parking. The hotel is close to the airport and the planes are very loud, but fortunately there are none at night and the garden keeps the traffic noise far away. Comfortable bed. Electric water kettle

Lack of night table on one side of the bed. No bathroom door, no heating in the bathroom, one hook for 4 towels, small and thin shower towels. Early in the morning we were still in bed sleeping and the shower started dripping for no reason and it woke us up. During the evening the light went off a few times

Regrettably, we stayed only for one night as we had to depart for the airport the following day. The accommodation was enchanting, and we wished we could have lingered longer. Although the restaurant is closed on Sundays, we were nonetheless served a meal. The service was exceptional, with wine, coffee, and breakfast—everything one could desire—readily provided. At 7:00 AM sharp, the taxi was waiting at the door. Our room, overlooking the pool, was spacious and beautiful. Thank you, dear Monsieur.

The location was absolutely ideal for Marseille airport and the food at both dinner and breakfast was superb. The bathrooms were just as lovely as they look in the pictures and the bed was huge, comfortable and with excellent quality sheets.

The bath towels did not live up to the bathroom nor the sheets, they were quite hard and scratchy. The location, while ideal for an airport stay was in quite an industrial area and therefore wouldn't have suited for a holiday.

Unique hotel (interesting building with character) despite being close to Marseilles airport (15 min drive). Far better than a purpose built hotel at the end of the runway so made for a much more pleasant stay for last night with friends from South Africa. Good restaurant attached to venue. Very pleasant evening meal in the garden terraced area with very attentive friendly service, which appeared to be popular with non residents.

The wifi reception in our particular bedroom was very poor whereas in our friends room it was fine. When we arrived on Sat afternoon there was nowhere to park due to a large function being held in the grounds. It was fine after the party dissipated. Would be good if breakfast cld be included in the room rate at a discounted price so we actually opted out.

the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us communicate. Their English was very limited and our French non existent, but they persevered. :) The room was lovely not your boring standard hotel room . You felt like you were in a very fancy private home. The pool area was lovely, we enjoyed sitting there in the sun, reading. There is a restaurant on site. We were there on Sunday night when it was closed but they kindly arranged for a private dinner in the hotel breakfast room which was really delicious.

we had made arrangements to arrive late at night and it went smoothly but the taxi dropped us at the gate and we had to walk in the pitch dark down the dirt driveway. A few lights along the way would have been appreciated as we didn’t even know how long the road was! There was also no sign on the building itself (or light) so we weren’t sure if we had arrived at the hotel or a private home! Fortunately the code given to us in advance opened the door and inside we found our room key as told on the counter. Because we had no car, we couldn’t really go anywhere. We tried going for a walk but the hotel is located on a busy road and it wasn’t suitable for a walk.

Meals were all good and the staff made special efforts to accommodate us for a dinner on Sunday night when the restaurant is closed. Staff were all very nice and helpful. One area for improvement: the tile and caulking on the shower floor had mildew which should be addressed before it gets worse. We loved the hotel but do wish it had an elevator because we had quite a bit of heavy luggage to take up the stairs.

See above - mildew on floor of shower should be addressed (room 316). Lack of elevator.

Absolutely nothing I was on 2nd floor thank goodness as no elevators but the desk clerk even carried my luggage to my room

the hotel is very close to the airport, 15m by car. the garden and the pool are beautiful, so we could enjoy our last day in France in a calm and nice place. the room was well decorated and with nice furniture. the staff was kind enough to reserve a cab for our 4h early morning flight.

we stayed in the third floor, so we needed to climb the stairs with our heavy suitcases. there is no elevator in the building. the bathroom has no door, so the light and the noise gets into the room, and this disturbed who was trying to sleep. I was not able to join the hotel by phone, since both booking.com and google were displaying a wrong telephone number of the hotel. I was somehow frustrated for not being able to connect with the hotel to confirm our reservation through booking.com and also inform about a parcel that I was expecting to be delivered there. the restaurant has a limited working time, and the prices are not cheap.

The hotel itself is up to date but have retained its older style

Hotel sign could be clearer we had to be across from it to recognise the location as sat nav for some reason would not accept the address and made it difficult to find.

Great rooms, spacious and modern . Absolute fantastic staff. There is no elevator , which you should consider when you have heavy bags, but the property, the small restaurant right next to it is beautiful.

Pool was closed which wasn’t indicated when I booked the hotel, same as that there was no elevator ;-)
