.The location was easy to commute (bus, tram and cab) were regular and a few minutes to the flat. .The flat was nice, clean and friendly. .A sport centre, pharmacy, bakery, grocery shop were a few minutes from the flat. .The flat was exactly as described, had everything needed ( iron, iron board, cooking stuffs, cleaning equipments, the fridge and freezer was nice and clean inside, shower and toilet has everything including hair dryer. .A welcome pack and chocolate were on the table on our arrival. .Edialbert and Edgar suites staff were really nice and understood our needs. They have a good communication and management skills, they respond to me as soon as they received my message. .Location was 2 stops to westfields mall, you can walk to IKEA, 45 minutes to aquaboulevard ( massive water park) .Location was less than an hour to museum, Paris, and others places.. .Location was less than 30 to a chinese new restaurant. my children wer skating outside every single day because it is a safe environment. . i am going to book again for December.

The coffee machine wasn't working properly. it wasn't a big deal for me really

A modern, wonderfully equipped apartment. We used all the facilities, it was a great stay. We had a large terrace overlooking the street. We went to Paris by taxi, which was a cheaper option for our family than public transport. For sure we are back there :)

I liked the size of the unit. It was spacious compared to the hotel rooms in Paris. The commute into central Paris was about an hour, and we found the process to be relatively simple. It was great to have an outdoor balcony for some fresh air, as well as to have access to the grocery store and bakery down the block. I took the kids ice skating at the gym , which was also a 2 minute walk away. The facilities were excellent. The employee who greeted us with the keys was very pleasant, even though we arrived very late at night.

A detailed description of how to access public transportation to get to central Paris. I was able to use city mapper, but having the information readily available would have made things easier. The employee who washed the laundry in the laundry room, seemed grumpy at times.

The apartment is in a rather new block house, which is functioning as a home for retired ladies and gentlemen. There are addtional block house constructions in process in the neighbourhood, but it is not disturbing at all. The tram and bus station are very close. Also grocery stores, artisan boulengerie, filling station are in walking distance. There is a huge shopping mall in a short distance as well (to be approached by car ideally). Excellent customer oriented communication and little gifts made our stay even better.We could park in the underground garage.

The toilet and the bathroom is not separated. The city center is 50-65 min distance by public transport.

Safety and privacy. Gerald was nice and on time to hand us the keys. The surrounding area is safe to walk, the mall is walking distance. Public transportation is close by.

Not very friendly neighbors (front desk) We did not feel welcome and we were there for 5 days. They share the building and the people at the front desk are part of the senior apartments.

The apartment has everything you need for life. Excellent attitude of the apartment owner and staff. Communication with the owner 24/7 is great. Clean comfortable bed and good towels. High-quality clean kitchen and furniture, good new appliances. Beautiful interior. Wonderful quiet and peaceful living area. Wonderful safe parking for the car. Wonderful elevator. A pleasant surprise from the apartment owner immediately after arriving at the apartment.

Poor ventilation in the bathroom. Black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Apartment was clean, beds and pillows comfy. Clean and modern. Coffee and patisserie around the corner. Supermarket and pharmacy around the corner. Tram stops 2 min walk from apartment. The Edgar Suite staff were on hand if you needed them.

20 min tram ride to the end of the metro line from the apartment so expect to travel up to one hour to the centre of Paris. However 20 min car journey to Versailles which is good. Trams and metro are pretty frequent. Car parking is quite a distance away but you can park most places on the street within the white boxed areas. No sink in the toilet which is odd. No one wanted to touch that door handle. There was soap and a basin in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The apartment is in a retirement block. Not a problem in its self except you are not allowed to wait in the reception by the front door and will be told off by quite a rude receptionist if you do sit there like we did whilst waiting for one of our family to join us.

I Would like to mention that everything was wonderful the reception when we arrived everything was really magnificent, when I return to Paris I will do everything to return to this residence, I loved it!

one of the things I didn't like, I even found it strange that a lady who works at the reception, a short one, wouldn't allow us to be sitting at the reception desk waiting for the taxi to arrive, she was ignorant telling us to get up and wait outside the residence, that's really It was horrible

I like mostly everything, the corridor, the decorations, the apartment is functional, dish washing machine is a bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Transportation is not far. We had a wonderful week in this apartment.

It's a bit confusing when you enter the building, as the lobby of the main entrance is belongs to the resident. The entry of the hotel is on the 3rd floor but you have to pass through the main entrance. The shower has leaking problem.

The entire building is great, a modern elevator took us to the apartment and the hall was wonderfully arranged and gives the impression of luxury and trust. The apartment itself is very well-kept and equipped with all the necessary things. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace overlooking the internal patio, where we can admire flowers and greenery. The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and an incredibly comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. From the bedroom there is an entrance to the large bathroom, where there is a modern shower cabin and all the necessary things. The entire apartment is incredibly clean and the equipment is new! I recommend this apartment to everyone! We will definitely come back! Area is very calm. We went to Paris by taxi, which was a bit more expensive for us than public transport, but we had the opportunity to talk to the drivers and find out what it's like to live in Paris.
