seems an average and trouble free area of ile de France ,enjoy the breakfast and neatness of the whole apartment ,kitchen equip enough for anyone and good atmosphere bathroom is well cleaned and spacious.

The apartment is hidden and its not directly off the road, had to go via walkway, direct access with car is not possible, charges of 15euro per day parking is excessive when parking around the area is free, sometime struggle to see receptionist

Clean and cozy. Breakfast and gym were good. It was a little bit far from Paris (1 hour), but transportation was easy and regular.

Communicating in french; it is very tiring to have to copy-paste and have the messages translated from the local messages, especially when booking is taking place on an international platform. Imagine trying to book an apartment in Greece and receiving messages in Greek....

The first plus that I have to underline ist the location, which was not my first choice, since it is 10km away from the centre of Paris, however I really enjoyed my time there. The surrounding being very new, clean and quiet, in contrast to Paris, which made me appreciate both sides. Another plus factor that goes to this location is that it was right next to a boulangerie (perfect for having coffee and a fresh croissant in the morning) and a great restaurant, Doddy’s (even better than the one we chose in Paris), for when we came back to our hotel in the evenings. There was no need to go further of the hotel being already tired from the day. As for the hotel, the apartment we stayed in was very spacious and even being a family of four we didn’t feel crowded at all.

The property was beautiful, lovely theme to hotel, nice outdoors area, good breakfast, rooms were well maintained and the touch of chocolates and jellies to welcome us was wonderful.

If I was being picky I would say the apartment building behind hotel was quite noisy, but I only heard it because I was home late from euro Disney I never heard it in my room

The staff were very friendly and helpful in every situation. The cleanliness of the facility was also satisfactory, the rooms were cleaned daily. In the immediate vicinity there was a shop and several restaurants moreover underground parking was on site.

Some things in the room were already used up such as the washbasin and shower. But they still performed their purpose.

1. Space in the 1 bedroom apartment was very goof. It also had a sofa bed. 2. Complementary breakfast was included which was the usual style which you get in Paris..All processed foods. The warm Croissant was yummy..at par with a Boulangerie 3. There was water filter at reception. Very handy for people who would like to refill their own water bottles 4. The apartment is next to a military air base, so be prepared for loud thundering sound of military jets. You can also get a clear visual of jets taking off, which was very exciting for me.

1. The general cleanliness and hygiene of carpet. One of the bins smelled strong of cigarette buts. 2.Although the Apartment had clearly indicated that their paid parking is for cars under 1.8m, I had to struggle to find a vacant street parking space for my mini-van which was 2m high. Not the apartment's fault but a general instruction for other guests arriving in a high vehicle.

I drove from Manchester to Paris and I was looking for a hotel/ bnb outside of Paris , I have read reviews about this place and wasn’t sure, but actually I’m glad I booked my stay with them, it was nice clean quite place the staff were brilliant , my car was at a safe parking next to the hotel and it took 25mins to drive to the centre of Paris depending on traffic , I also went out one day in the tram which has a stop right opposite the hotel and paid 7€50 as a full day travel ticket I could use on metro/rer/bus. There’s a boulanger/ bakery next to the hotel selling bakery and halal sandwiches through out the day also theres a food store within 5 mins walk and a shopping mall not far.

We usually book this hotel when we are traveling through, and we are always satisfied. Receptionist was very customer friendly. The apartment was spacious and had what we needed. Clean, renovated.

The receptionist was very welcoming and customer friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was a game room available which was nice. There are restaurants and Velizy 2 shopping center nearby. Public transportation is nearby as well, including the tramway T6 and bus stops.

The room smelled a little like it hadn't been aired out in a while. The hotel is being renovated at the moment, but we weren't too inconvienced.

Beautiful breakfast and very nice rooms. Next to a grocery and restaurants. Great staff that was very helpful. Family rooms were a great value for the four of us.

Finding the parking for the hotel was difficult. Check ahead for which ramp, but the hotel did cover the parking fee.
