The pool was very close to our house and was nice walk to the town

Upon leaving we had cleaned the appartments to spotless but they wanted us to pay a cleaning fee as they were considered dirty which was appalling as they were very clean and the staff for angry when he found an ice cream in the freezer which we had forgotten about …yes an ice cream and wanted us to pay a full cleaning fee for him to remove an ice cream , lots of hidden fees which were not told about at the end leaving and very hard to get your deposit back even tho the place was cleaner then when we arrived

It was clean and comfortable

We arrived on a Sunday with no staff working as reception was closed , they left a key but we didn’t have any sheets or pillow covers so we were left with protecters that we used and slept in our clothes till next morning . All the bites we got from the mosquitoes

Nice swimming pools (in and out). Nice location. Kitchen OK.

Very small gym. Sauna didn't work. Apartment and beds quite small.

The location is good

The location is good, but honestly the service delivery is not good. They say they are available for early checking, but that's not true, they don't respond to messages via booking. Even calling and talking on the phone an employee says ok, the next day she says she can't. Swimming pool, sauna and gym, open from 10am to 7pm (in other words, it starts late for those who want to go to the beach at the most ok time, and closes early, so you won't be able to go to the sauna once) The residence does not operate as a hotel or camping in which you have staff available all the time, it's a company that manages beach houses, maybe the city center unit has it but this one doesn't. Honestly, I liked the city, but I wouldn't stay in NEMEA anymore.

It's a nice location Mimizan for an adventurous and nature vacation to enjoy. Residence is so close to the nice beach. Residence is big and nice with hot and open pool ,the appartements are nice and equiped almost like home. But ...

It's not private. The houses are all attached and close to each other. Nice to have a vacation with international taste but it's not private. Nothing was washed or cleaned before our arrival. Its not dirty but its not enough clean, pity. For those who hate going up and down the stairs: our appartement eventhough it was so nice ,the wooden ,noise making stairs specially with us who have two little kids wasn't nice. The fact that everything was paid; wifi, tv, cleaning,... keep this in mind before reserving.
