Spacious. Great view. Well equipped. Nice pool. Beach bar only 200 metres away. Everything worked. Friendly staff. Good WiFi and TV. Had everything one would need.

Poor / no communication via Booking.com or the app. None of our questions were answered in advance leading to confusion over extra charges / bedding, which turned out to be included in the cost - so all good in the end. The property was a little ‘faded’ and dated. A window had been boarded up with cardboard at the entrance hall. There were small patches of mould in the shower. The Booking.com app does not make it clear what accommodation you will actually receive. BUT don’t be put up by this. It was a nice enough place to stay. We enjoyed it and had a good time.

The staff was very helpful and speaking English very good. The facility was very clean and had the essentials to cook and sleep. The view is splendid. Booking.com needs to update the photos.

The facility , though cleaned and redecorated is very outdated. I suppose it was at its peaks in 60's. No air con was the biggest downside, however it has balconies to relax

It is really old building, beds, everything in it is very old. Floor was not good as in some places it was damaged or put not correct. It is good for one night stay during vacation car trip, bit for longer stay you need to clean it, also maybe took own linen as in our room one linen in bed was not very clean, had yellow stains on it.

Bedding provided is disposable paper sheets. Awful, awful, awful. Never seen this anywhere before. The place was clean, that was the only positive. Otherwise, it resembles a Romanian boarding school during Soviet times, which was abandoned and the weeds left to take over. Even the lake is awful, which I didn't think was possible. (Much much worse than it appears in the photos.) 150 euros? Insane. Avoid.
