The hotel was lovely and the staff were really helpful and pleasant. The evening meal was good and there was a good choice at breakfast, really set you up for the day. There was some lovely scenery and good trips out. The walk into town was easy.

The evening menu was a bit limited. The hill up to the hotel is steep, OK in a car but a climb it you are less able.

Breakfast was excellent, good spread with fresh cooked "crepes / scrambled eggs" bar. Evening food we had once was execellent, staff spoke excellent English thankfully for us.

The pool is a bit tired and old, and frankly odd, the stairs going up/down are very precarious.

Location is great with stunning views of the mountains and the township. Room was larger than expected and Indoor heated Pool was clean and enjoyable

Breakfast was disappointing with only 1 hot option (eggs), no aircon and no fridge- it was very hot weather.

The hotel has a real mountain feel and it was warm and cosy. The staff were great and helpful.

Covered parking for the motorcycles would have made this a better stop, particularly as it was raining heavily for most of the time we stayed.

Everything, the staff were amazing the rooms were spacious, clean with shelving and hooks for motorbike gear. The showere was much larger than the average shower in France.

After a day on the bikes the 200 metre walk home from town was a little steep ;).

Everything was perfect, from the moment we entered the hotel, the smiling and nice receptionnist Majda and then Eric, the chef. It was our first time in Auvergne and it made us want to come back. Everyone was very helpful and always smiling. I will definitely recommend this charming hotel. Breakfast was super, had it on the terrace with the beautiful mountains view, Eric is making you pancakes and eggs with Love.

Very friendly staff and breakfast was excellent. Despite being somewhat small, the room was nicely remodeled and the shower was perfect.

The outside windows do not open and the view is blocked due to condensation buildup.
