The property was renovated in the last couple of years and they did an exceptional job. Everything is just like new. The surrounding property is also very beautiful. We rented the room that has a sitting area and extra bed. It has access to the large exterior balcony you can see in the above photo. There is gently rolling farmland with horses and Charley cows. Truly wonderful. Everything was done so tastefully from the linens, bedsheets and drapes to the napkins and silverware for the morning breakfast which was delicious. Carmelle and her husband could not have been nicer or more helpful. And the price was so reasonable.

It felt like we were staying in our own country house. Beautiful house and location and we had a large terrace with our room looking out over the surrounding fields. No food provided but we found a nice restaurant a short driving distance away at Lac Villerest. We were staying there to watch the Tour de France nearby but the hotel would also be perfect for a romantic vacation

Beautiful terrace, stylish furnishings, lots of light, comfortable bed with nice sheets, good value breakfast, very pleasant and gracious hosts.

The shower door doesn't close well and the bathroom is a bit small and awkward.

It is very calm and with very beautiful view, have a place for walk with sound of birds in surrounding of beautiful trees and green fields Reception was amazing, very warm and helpful

Carmelle, the owner and her husband where most welcoming. They helped us both locate and book a good restaurant nearby. They were attentive but not at all intrusive. Together they have created a beautiful house and gardens in a quiet rural setting. The comfort and quality of the bedroom, beds and bathroom were excellent. There is a little swimming pool (plunge pool) which we didn’t use but it looked clean, well maintained and refreshing. There was a good breakfast. This “Chambre d’Hote” is situated close to a number of nearby pretty villages and some good eateries, including a renowned 3* Michelin restaurant.

There isn’t air conditioning, which might be an issue in very hot or humid weather but we managed without too much difficulty creating a through draught by opening windows and doors; it has a very safe feel to the property. This didn’t, at all, distract from our enjoyable stay.

Our hosts were beyond nice and welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable. The house is a beautiful old manor out in the country. There is nothing to do but relax!

The rooms are impeccable. The room we slept in is the perfect setting for a braid to get ready for her wedding ceremony😊 Service is of high standard and super kid-friendly.

The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The entire estate was in impeccable condition with old world charm and modern conveniences.

This place is a gem. What a wonderful find. Only a few minutes from Trois Gros restaurant. I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely property operated by a French couple. The place is beautifully kept and clean. The beds are very comfortable and sheets are pristine. The owners make it a point to ensure we are very comfortable and attend to our needs to their best ability. We stayed there for a night but wish we could have stay longer to enjoy the nice countryside.
