Staff were awesome. I arrived cold after a long motorcycle ride and they checked me in quicky, found parking for the bike and helped me settle in. Had a very good night sleep. In the morning the staff were great and I checked out without fuss and was on my way. Bathroom was a good size, water hot and bed comfy. Although it was near the station, the area was quiet even for a Saturday night. Nice, traditional french breakfast which is perfect.

Not a lot - it's a budget hotel, so I dont expect big rooms. In places it's a little tired, but it's more than made up for by the staff and amenities

Easy walk to the centre of Roanne. Lovely helpful staff. Good breakfast included in the price of the room. Good air conditioning. Good shower. Good double glazing so didn’t hear any noise from the street or the trains. Car park on site.

No tea making facilities in the room but they were provided in the foyer. Needs a shelf / basket in the shower to hold your personal shower things. Better lights next to the bed.

We had reserved two rooms, a double for ourselves plus a single for our teen-age son. We felt safe having him stay alone in a single room while we had a double. Both rooms were exactly what we needed.

The breakfast is very nice with freshly baked pastries. Becaused it is included with booking so it's good value for money. The staff are really friendly and the luggage storage service is very convenient. The location is very good, just a few steps away from the train station.

The room is kinda small with little space. But it is good enough for one night's stay.

Great location right beside train station, breakfast included, receptionist are great and helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel location is easy reachable from Lyon airport or by car with parking place. It is standard hotel more or less for bussiness trip around the location, breakfast buffet is good enough, the room is clean and comfortable for short stay.

The Petit dejeuner was excellent. They allowed me to stay until noon before checking out. Extremely kind reception people.
