The hotel is centrally located, clean. I really enjoy the breakfast, variety and tasty.

The hotel has taken deposit once I reserved the room and after almost one week from check out, I still have not received the refund. Maybe the bank is taking long time. For this reason, I will not book in the future as it's difficult to pay twice the amount and wait so much for the refund.

Some snacks are available throughout the day and the lady at the breakfast and front desk are very nice. They provided umbrellas as rain was predicted.

My card was charged €120 just before we reached the property on the day we were supposed to come. They charged me a full amount for my two days stay on check in as well. It has been over a week and still no refund has been credited. This is not an appropriate practice especially during travel people need all available funds.

Very near to points of interests. Snacks and coffee are provided. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great stay. Before and after check in allowed to store luggage facility is very much helpful to us.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in Paris! The room was charming, spotlessly clean, and—most importantly—air-conditioned, which made all the difference during the warmer days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well each night. The bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of room to store my luggage comfortably. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Opera district, just a few steps away from the iconic Opéra Garnier and the famous Galeries Lafayette shopping center. It’s also conveniently situated near three major metro stations, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Above all, I have to mention Heidi at the front desk. She truly made me feel at home with her warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. Her presence elevated the entire experience. Without a doubt, I would happily return to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Paris!

The hotel is in an excellent location for many sights, particularly Le Louvre, Madeleine, Opera Palais Garnier & the department stores with their wonderful, rooftop views. The room was pleasant with comfortable beds and extra touches, such as a selection of free cold drinks. Every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming, particularly the lovely Milouda who did a brilliant job running the breakfast room. There is a very good selection for breakfast, nice & fresh and topped up regularly. When breakfast is cleared away, a selection of snacks and hot and cold drinks is put out for you to help yourself to at any time. We would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is located between Palais Garnier and La Madeleine. If you like walking, there is almost no need for metro because Louvre takes 15-20 minutes, Eiffel Tower 30 minutes by walking. The neighborhood is quite safe, I haven’t seen any inconvenience while walking at night. The minibar is refilled with mineral water, orange juice daily. Besides, there is free snack bar with some croissants and coffee at the reception. The room is quite basic but clean.

There are 2 Astotel side by side. It was tricky at the first time before checked in; however, it is nothing to worry.

The hotel itself was very well located near 3 different metro stops and was near great shopping centres and monuments. The room and bathroom were very clean. You really are getting value for money with this place! We also loved the free snack area that is available in the late afternoons/evenings.The staff at the venue really did make our stay. A big shout out to Heidi (I believe) who was extremely kind, thoughtful and accomodating when we stayed at the hotel for the Paris Olympics. Not only did we get welcome bags, but she was happy to provide recommendations for good restaurants and went above and beyond. Hope to stay here again one day!

The only fault we had was that the showers are a tad difficult to get into and are quite high. My mum slipped attempting to get our one of the days we were there. Might be difficult for those with accessibility issues.

I have choose the hotel as it is walking distance (2-3 km) to all important sightseeing. There is a quiet street, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets available. The room is small but acceptable. The dining area is open all day to drink coffe or juices or to have snacks and it is free :) :) Congratulations to hotel management as it is a great idea. It is perfect to have one hour rest between two sightseeings. Metro station line 14 to Orly Airport is about 500 m away, but consider Bolt taxi cost less than two metro tickets.

Location was ideal. Close enough to the main tourist attractions but also in its own unique neighborhood. Surrounded by metro stations. Grocery down the street was so convenient with restaurants and shopping all around.

We reeeally needed early check in. I tried to request it in advance but they only said it would be possible “based on availability “. When we got there jet lagged off our plane at 8 am our room was not ready and we had to wander around like zombies till 3pm when it was finally available.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really made us feel welcomed. Even got my husband a birthday present as they were aware the trip was a celebration. Booking the breakfast was the right thing to do. Well worth it and lots of choice. Set us up for busy day out at the olympics. Snacks and drinks were available all afternoon and evening - until 2am.

All great. Air conditioner only went down to 19 which was fine for me but my husband would have liked it colder !!
