The location, staff responsiveness and facility.

The corridors carpet on the first floor needs replacement as it is giving bad image for the facility. Cleaning of apartments is not included and upon request with additional charges. I think cleaning should be at least every other day.

We were amazed by the apartment in Paris! Extremely modern and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Access was easy, and the instructions we received were very clear, making our arrival smooth. It's near to shops, restaurants, main attractions and metro.

We were disappointed that all the codes for the rooms were the same, which wasn't ideal. We didn't feel safe leaving our belongings in the room or sleeping without worrying that - someone could enter the apartment. Additionally, we missed information about the restaurant hours, instructions for using the washing machine and dryer, and the smart TV wasn't working properly, as it had issues connecting to the phone or mainstream apps. While the apartment itself is incredible, these issues did affect our overall experience.

The location, close to the Opera and many stores and restaurants but on a quiet street was very good, so was the facilities, that was branc new with a very nice shower and bed and quite spacious for Paris. It was also appreciated the early check-in.

Please be aware that daily hotel services, such as towel changes, room cleaning, and bed-making, are not included by default and come at an additional charge.

Location was great. Very close to site seeing, local eateries, bars, metro, grocery store, and shopping. Theres an actual gym and 24hr concierge. Extremely walkable location.

The TVs in the room offer streaming via casting from your phone. However, the WiFi is not strong enough to handle this. I work in AV, and while the set up for the system to work is great - the WiFi is not strong enough to handle this. If they upgrade the WiFi it would be very top notch.

Everything is nice and comfortable. The location is perfect! My mom is disabled, so we need wheelchair for all trips. All important sites take only 10-20 euro for uber cars. Super market and many restaurants are only a few minute walk. The staff are nice and always helpful. Check-in was very smooth and we were allowed to use the room 30 minutes earlier without charge. Check-out does need any work and we stored our baggage for free after check-out. The room was clean. The bed is big and comfortable. Sofa bed is also big enough. The kitchen is small but enough for simple meals.

There is some noise in the evening and early morning from the street but at a bearable level. There can be some guidance for heater, dishwasher and coffee machine so that users can use it more easily and efficiently. The shared washing machine is very helpful, but we didn’t know at first.

Amazing Apartment with Great Location and Exceptional Service We had a wonderful stay at Quartier Libre Opéra – Paris. The one-bedroom apartment was beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a long stay, and we especially appreciated the addition of water hoses in the toilet – a thoughtful touch rarely found in European properties. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to malls, shops, restaurants, and a Carrefour right nearby for everyday essentials. The check-in process was seamless and fully automated – smoother than what we’ve experienced even in five-star hotels! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Hassiba, who went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. we were also able to arrange a late check-out (with a fee), which was a huge help since we had a late flight. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays.

The location is excellent and very lively — right next to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, and for walking lovers, it’s also close to the Louvre and Place Vendôme. The reception team was kind, polite, and very helpful. I booked a one-bedroom apartment with a living room (Airbnb style). It works well for one or two people, but since we were three, the space felt small, especially because there was no wardrobe. We had to keep our suitcases in the living area. That said, the apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with carefully selected utensils and accessories, all in great condition and not overused. The mattress and pillows were clean and decent. The bathroom had a bidet shower, which is a rare and much-appreciated detail in Europe.

No wardrobe

It was a fabulous property.very very walkable to many good attractions.great cafés around,fabulous stores around,global blue office for tax refund just down the road,the staff was young and very cheerful and helpful,Never a lonely street.the sheets were clean,the tv was internet friendly,it made our stay in Paris worth it.All the staff members were very helpful.Perfect instructions given before arrival and no hassle of carrying the key around..all digital

They need to give a long mirror at a strategic location in the apartment,so that one can dress up properly.the mirror in the cupboard is not functional…rest was perfectly fine

Location is superior! Perfect minutes from anything you need ( cafes/ restaurants/ grocery etc ), the staff was the highlight of my stayed friendly collaborative s unfortunately I forgot their names ☹️ sorry! Their cleanliness was great we had one time service and she was so quick & professional. I stayed for 7 days so thanks god everything went smoothly and perfect if am visiting Paris next time definitely I will come back!

To be honest nothing maybe needs some vending machines in the lobby specially at night but in the last day of our stay I saw some fridge installments down next to the receptionist!

The one bed room apartment seemed newly renovated and fresh with completely new appliances, crockery and utensils. Whilst the apartment size is not large, it is well designed and totally suitable for a couple or three at a pinch using the sofa bed. We appreciated the 24 hr front desk and the high level of security for the building. The building has a laundry room with 2 large washers and 2 dryers - all appliances were sparkling new. The apartment itself is located in a smart area of Paris between Madeleine and Opera, very central and well served with RER and Metro lines. It is not cheap to stay here, but you get what you pay for.

One small quibble was that our apartment was not ready at the specified 16.00 hrs. A half hour wait ensured. A minor problem I know, but annoying after arriving in Paris following a 15 hr flight.
