Great location on the waterfront in this small quiet town. My room was in a new annex behind the main building, across a small courtyard. The room was a nice size, very comfortable bed, nice bedding and furnishings. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were limited. There is a large, free parking lot across the street , so it was easy to come and go. I enjoyed the boardwalk along the marina, walked it several times, it has some information and old pictures that I found interesting. The Tourist office, a few minutes walk from the hotel, was one of the best I’ve seen. Lots of informational brochures with suggested routes for walking, biking, driving. Very friendly staff, helpful for planning winery visits, and a nice boutique.

Reception was efficient and friendly. The hotel room was very nice, and the sleep comfort was unusually good for someone who always has difficulty the first night sleeping in a strange bed.

The restaurant was the one thing that disappointed. Since the majority of Paulliac's restaurants are closed Monday nights, we ate at the hotel's restaurant. The menu isn't exhaustive, but it did mention oysters. Unfortunately, when we asked, we were told they were out of stock. It happens, but shame.

Excellent front desk service! The gentleman who at the front desk was extremely helpful. Our luggage got sent to Australia and Nancy was not feeling well. They went out of their way to help us and especially the staff was tracking and keeping us updated regarding Air France. THANK YOU!

Everything was perfect.

The property was beautifully renovated. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, efficient and attentive. They offered a range of wines from budget friendly to premium at a fair price. The new heated swimming pool was lovely to relax in during a rainy day. The hotel is located right on the Gironde in the center of Pauillac, with a number of cafes, grocery stores and a few restaurants in walking distance. There’s free parking directly across the street. A great place to base yourself as you explore the Left Bank.

Breakfast is a bit pricey and I opted to grab a pastry and a coffee at nearby cafes each morning.

The staff members were nice and helpful. The location was excellent and parking was convenient, just in front of the hotel. The rooms were a bit small though. The hotel front desk team was attentive to my request of two rooms close to each other, and when I mentioned my concern about the luggage, they advised me and my daughter to stay on a higher floor as there’s a lift.

Location is superb. The room is spacious and overlooks to the river. Easy parking, short drives to the vineyards and the chateaus.

The room has ants close to the coffee machine. Reported to the reception and they handled the situation quickly. However, we still spotted a few afterwards.

The picture of the property was a bit different.. it gave an impression that it was a private property in front of the water instead of the a row of shop lot where the hotel is park of in the town

Clean modern bedroom with coffee making facilities. Hotel is in good location in Pauillac and hotel has a good restaurant.

Room described as deluxe because of the balcony it provided but balcony only offered views over a residential area/car park.

The breakfast was completely understaffed and food was not resuplied. My husband ended up having breakfast elsewhere. I set my own table and ate a little yogurt and waited 30mn for my coffee

Rooms were modern and everything was of good quality. Convenient parking. Staff were efficient and professional. Overall good value.

Beds were very hard. Coffee in room was extra cost which created a negative impression.
