It felt like spending the night at a friend's home.❤️ because that's exactly what it is, a lovely couple's home which offers a cosy room for weary travellers. 1. They are good with pets and even have a few of their own. 2. The building was stunning and looked really old. 3. The hosts were lovely, and made sure we were comfortable. 4. Breakfast is included, and there's good parking right opposite the building. 5. The room we had was huge, filled with beautiful antique furniture and fittings. I highly recommend this location for your stay.

We loved everything about this place. It was quirky and interesting. Annie our host was a delight and genuinely enjoys having guests. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of home made stuff, jams and cakes. We wished we could have stayed longer and intend to stay when we are passing though next January.

A very special place located in a very beautiful and calm area, full of history, in the estuary and surrounded by vineyards. Breakfast was delicious and the owner very friendly.

The accommodation had everything we needed - spacious room with a little kitchen, comfortable bed, backyard/garden, swimming pool. Location is very quiet. And we loved the owner with whom we had a nice chat during breakfast. She also gave us a very good tip where to buy some wine for a reasonable price 🙂

The whole experience of staying in an old villa, full of antiques, collectibles, and knickknacks sort of like my grandmother's house if she'd been from rural France. It was fascinating to climb the massive staircase and wander the halls to look at all the stuff, from beautiful oriental rugs to old jigsaw puzzles framed on the walls. The blue room looked like a movie set. The hostess was very helpful and friendly, giving us a restaurant recommendation, directions how to get there, and leaving a bottle of her own favorite spirits for us for a nightcap.

A fan to stir the air around a bit would have been nice, though it wasn't too hot or stuffy to sleep.

Bed was not comfortable. No duvets but sheets and blanket. The house interior design was ecllectic and old-fashioned.

Nothing! We were not allowed to enter. We paid and spent the night in the car.

Unfortunately, I cannot rate positively. I don't know if the fault is on the part of the accommodation or the Booking platform. But we were allowed to make a reservation at 10 p.m., the money was taken from the account, but no one let us into the accommodation. We slept in the car. I do not recommend.
