The location, the secure parking, the welcome from the evening staff was excellent. The breakfast is plentiful. Hotel is dog friendly.

I would like a secure box for the quick check out, leaving the room key in a basket felt slightly unsafe. Although I believe there are cameras.

Lovely Hotel, excellent location, great breakfast

Secure free parking, Professional helpful staff. Bar, though simple was welcome open till 2359hrs. Breakfast with hot choice and meats and cheese, fruits and yoghurts and other breakfast pastries and cereals. Comfortable room, clean bedding and air conditioning, plus makings for hot drinks. Plenty of hot water in bathroom. The rooms were generally clean, but need refreshed to assist the cleaning staff.

Bedroom needs refreshing, walls and floor covering, stained in several places. Bathroom needs refurbished, bath door for shower has no seal to stop water flooding the floor. Silicon needs replacing. This is not meant to be a negative review but hopefully helpful to the management.

It was nice and cosy. The room was clean and smelled good. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and very kind. It felt like home. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend !

Our room was very quiet which was great for our dog and our 1 year old baby. We all slept great. The girl at the reception was very friendly and professional and spoke English very well.

There was some confusion as we had booked a room with separate additional bedroom according to the description on Booking.com. This was the reason we chose this hotel (because of having both dog and baby). But this type of accommodation did not exist- so we all stayed in 1 room. But to make up for this they allowed us to charge our electric car without charge which was very nice.

I honestly had the best time! The hotel was so homey, the hotel staff were so helpful and courteous. The Hotel is beside the tram way station which brings us directly to the city center. The food at the their restaurant is a 10/10! Many variations of dishes and desserts. The room was so cozy and the bed was amazing! I don’t usually give a perfect score, but this hotel deserves an 11/10 ! I will definitely come back with my whole family.

The hotel is situated 2 mins away from the tram station, which brings you directly to the city center in 15-20 mins. They have a restaurant open from Monday to Thursday, I wasn’t able to eat dinner there but the breakfast made up for it. It was a buffet filled with different kinds of food: salted & sweet, hot & cold. The Hotel staff were extremely nice, and helpful with directions. The room was clean, warm & the bed was super comfortable. They had Netflix on the TV which is a plus.
