A great location, close to the Bordeaux tram system, which provides easy access to the historical city. A secure car park. Breakfast was very good. Just what you need for a day sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good restaurant. We ate there every night of our 3 day stay. The menu is varied and the food very good. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Our room was cold when we first arrived after a long drive. Admittedly, the weather was also wet and cold. An hour later and our room had warmed up.

May not look like much from the outside, but it's one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Staff were very friendly and informative, food in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable with supportive pillows (the other hotels we've stayed in Spain/France all had very uncomfortable beds and pillows were far too soft)

We went for the half board option, breakfast was a buffet and had juice/coffee provided, but dinner was a €21 voucher each to use in the restaurant which just about covered a main meal with a couple of euros left

The ibis was such a convenient stay for our trip. We needed something cheap and easy to find. Ibis had Locked parking as well so we felt safe leaving our roof box on, as we were unsure of how safe it would be in the area. The food was great and the staff were all so lovely and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful also which helped set us up for the long trip ahead the next day. I was a bit worried when I first saw the hotel that it was going to be ‘tooo cheap’ but the beds were clean and comfy with loads of space in the rooms. They even had a hotel cat 😊

Location easy to find, has secure outside car park with no height restrictions. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice. Beds were very comfortable

Bathroom was a bit dated and shower not very powerful. Unfortunately heating was not working so a bit cold until we borrowed a electric heater Due to allergies the only thing I could eat was a pizza but to do this we had to move to the bar area as they would not serve pizza in the restaurant even though my partner was eating from the restaurant menu - which is bizarre as we were the only people in the restaurant at the time ! Bar area was actually pretty cold and tables not suited for eating from.

About five minutes from motorway. Excellent hotel. Very dog friendly (even dog food in reception). Staff were superb. Used whilst traveling from southern Spain to UK and will definitely stay here again.

Parking was very secure. However, frazzled after a 10 hour drive was quite a challenge to find which carpark was which so better signage (and code sent to get in with confirmatory email would be good)

I am very satisfied with the service and location of the hotel and especially with that a very large and free parking space and the free breakfast to me as a genius membership of booking.com were provided.

There was only an electric hair drier but neither any electric kettle, nor toothpaste nor slippers available in the room.

Very nice hotel which is perfectly situated for the Palais de Congress trqm stop line C which takes you into Bordeaux and to the large shopping complex nearby. The Parking is secure, the staff are very friendly and the room is large and comfortable. There is a good restaurant on site. Buffet breakfast was good. The hotel is pet friendly.

Good sized comfortable room. Great location with tram stop across the road. Also excellent for a stopover night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good and excellent value.

Building looking a little tired in places, needs to bit of maintenance. Although the lake is just outside it's not somewhere you can go for a walk.

Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, bathroom in the room was kind of hospital-reminiscent, was kind of annoying to need a code to exit the parking lot upon checkout. Other hotel guests were very rowdy and noisy but that’s not the hotel’s fault per se

Located right on a tram line to get easy access into Bordeaux which was reasonably priced and easy to use. Very helpful Lady on reception. Paid for onsite parking very secure. Good breakfast.

Found a dog treat behind the door which made us question the cleanliness but the room was actually clean and comfortable.
