Cheap and cheerful option on the outskirts of Bordeaux, very close to tram line for a 20 min ride into city centre. Room large, clean and comfortable. Beds excellent. Right opposite retail park for shopping, every essential catered for, but not very picturesque. Not important for a one night stay, however. Car park directly beneath hotel is only 18 euro for 24 hours and has a lift straight up to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel for those on a budget

Some more low key lighting in the room would be nice. The bright lights are quite clinical and harsh

Good location for C Tramline, so easy access to the Exhibition Halls on the North of the lake, or back into the city centre. Plenty of space in the apartment, with a good, if tiny, well equipped kitchen space.

My colleague was sleeping on the pull out sofa bed, which wasn't particularly comfortable. Perhaps this is a better option for a couple or single occupancy. The main double was very comfortable!

The location was good, as it was in a large shopping complex. However it was 20 kms from the train station, which we hadn't realized. Fortunately there is a great tram service which can take you right there.

Couldn't get the drier to work in the laundry, and because it was Sunday we weren't able to get someone to fix it. The concierge was as helpful as she could be and directed us to the laundry nearby.

The size of the apartment was really good. It also has a laundry on site which is a real bonus. There is a tram line close by that takes you to the city centre. If you like shopping there are a a shopping mall across the road which has the largest supermarket I’ve ever been into!

The location isn’t near the city centre however it’s easy in an Uber and is close to the tram line. The bed was too hard but that’s just a personal thing reference.

Clean, big shower, air condition, great view, perfect location for our propose, super close to a big shopping center with lots of restaurants.

There where 3 hotels with the same name. Be very careful that you are using the right address. We arrived late to the wrong one.

Travelled for Rugby World Cup and location was perfect, halfway between city and stadium on tram C. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and really handy to have cooking facilities in the apartment. Only a few rooms per floor so nice and quiet. Couldn't fault it!

Cleaning staff sometimes just opened the door to let themselves in around 9.30/10am..at least knock/ring and wait a minute!

Since it is a studio apt, you feel a bit like home. Nice area with all the shops, restaurants, around.

A bit far from the city center, although it is well connected with the tramway. The bed mattress was a bit hard, but not uncomfortable, though.

friendly staff, good internet, a fairly large room, there are many cafes nearby and close to public transport. Parking nearby and the lift goes straight to the hotel. there is a kitchen with all utensils, plates and mugs, but no sponge or dish soap

there are always some strange people sitting next to the hotel - in the evening I would not go there alone. the floor in the room is not very clean

Everything was amazing! Chiama, at the reception, is a big asset to the facility. She was so helpful, resourceful, smart, forward-thinking, and deserves an award. She is a good reason to go back there again.

Great location for half way stop when driving through from st Malo to Biarritz. Clean, comfortable and great for a family of 5

A clear set of directions for how to get to the front door. The fact that you can pull up in front once the barriers are lowered to drop off cases then go and park would have been helpful to know.
