the bed was super comfy to sleep in. the bathroom was little but it’s cool the desk at the corner was helpful for putting our bags in order. everything was lovely for one night. Thank you!

Very Clean, but "well used" Room. Polite Staff who are very helpful. Great Location for Major routes in and out of Bordeaux Plenty of restaurants within easy walk or short drive, or the Hotel provides on site food such as pizza. Gated Secure Parking with a code to enter or leave

The gate to the car park is always closed however the Gate is too close to the road and there is a very small space to pull up to be asked to be let in.

I always enjoy my stay at the hotel. I like the presentation of the rooms, everything is clean and organized

Only in the bathroom should the shower curtain be longer, because when you take a shower the floor gets all wet! And the fact that we now have to make the bed on the top bunk didn't please me either, because when we get there late we just want to shower and sleep and not make beds. and I think they should have baby bathtubs available as well as beds!

The staff that did the check-in with us was very friendly and spoke Spanish, which was very helpful as we are all Spanish. The hotel was very affordable and the quality was very pleasant for the price as well. The beds were not the comfiest we've slept in but they did the job for one night. Additionally, we bought the breakfast in reception and it was ok. It was buffet-type breakfast and although it was tasty, it was a little bit limited. There were no enough dishes which was the only downside of it as we had to serve our food in napkins. However, considering the relation quality-price, I would absolutely go back to this hotel again. The location was satisfactory as well. There were restaurants around the hotel and it was just 15 minutes away by car from the centre.

The beds were not as comfortable as other beds, but again, for the price I was not expecting better quality beds. I also think that in the breakfast they could have been more careful to little details as adding dishes or little bowls for the food that was available.

Great hotel, especially if you have fur babies with you. Convenient and quite a few restaurants nearby for food

Was a bit hard to find as I put directions in through booking.com and it took me to the ibis in bordeaux centre, which was a nightmare with my car and a roof box and staff at this hotel were not helpful

We expected the room to be cleaned after one night, but maybe we should've told someone? Bad night due to noisy neighbours above, but this isn't the hotel's fault, obviously.

Location to motorway is great. Many restaurants in the area( only one allows dogs on the terrace which is a shame .) breakfast was good .

Felt this hotel wasn't as clean as we usually find the Ibis Budget chain. Which is a shame .

Good value for money for overnight accommodation. Small room, but clean with air condition, good location with secured parking space (no height restriction), easy access to center by tram. Very kind staff.

For several years we stop/stay at this hotel when travelling south. Location is very good, rooms are clean and comfortable with all the essentials required after several hours driving. Bonus points for allowing our 4 legs companion !!!! Also would like to give a big THANK YOU to your reception staff, they always try to help and accommodate our needs, cant leave out the night porter as well...what an amazing team!!!!

For the price this hotel is great. Very basic but it is so easy to get into the centre of Bordeaux (the tram is literally a 2 minute walk away and takes 20 minutes). Parking was free, and plentiful, it was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were brilliant- they explained the trams (in perfect English).
