The location was good - close to the Cité du Vin and the tram. The apartment is very spacious with a nice balcony, covered in fragrant jasmine. There is covered private parking and a lovely, warm indoor pool.

I found it difficult to find the parking because it's on a one way street - best to ask them for directions

location was superb for Tram and city with supermarket nearby. Secure parking . Large apartment. Friendly staff.

Some lights not working ( should have been checked) and TV on and off remote not working so had to unplug at wall to turn off. More balcony furniture would have been nice as it was big

The Wi fi was very poor or non existent. This was a problem for us. Needed air con .

There are some issues that could be improved, maintenance- wise Housekeeping is not efficient, maybe because the facility is more a residence for seniors than a hotel

Pool was not open. It was a bit basic but for the price and location it was very good.

Location. If you are traveling by car, go to Rue Henri Salmide and find the parking gate, call the reception, and they will open the gates for you. Then go for check-in. Or do the check-in first, then you will get a key-chip to open the parking gates yourself (that street is a one-way only). The young lady at the reception was very nice and helpful, and her English was great!

It seemed like someone was already living there. The trash bin was full, and the floors were dirty and full of hair. The bed was not comfortable, and the sheets were full of stains of unknown origin. If it was better cleaned, we would give 8-9 points, but we can't, because it was really unpleasantly dirty.

Let as self catering, nothing to cook with no chopping board no utensils. I got it for a vacation apartment and it's in an elderly assisted living. Meager expensive breakfast. No furniture on the balcony my husband had to carry a table and chairs from the apartment. No inside dining space

hard to get into building when arriving late no duvet or wifi code (receptionist couldn't find either) not enough catering items - kettle, saucepan, mugs etc no air conditioning didn't realise it was a retirement block
