Great aparthotel with well thought out room layout, we got a room with a great view of the Garona! Everything in the room is clean and in line with the photos on Booking.com. Bed was also comfortable with a quality mattress. The hotel is located in a modern neighbourhood, close to the Cité du Vin, some supermarkets and a lovely food market (Les Halles Bacalan) where you can try a lot of local foods, ranging from cheese to oysters, and complement it with some lovely local wine. There are public transport stops close to the hotel; the tram is a very convenient way to quickly get to the centre of the city and wander around there or visit restaurants without having to think about where to park your car. We initially asked for an early check in and were told that this would only be possible if a room was ready for us, but that it was not guaranteed. However, we were given a room right on arrival and checked into the hotel at 10 am not having to wait for some extra 5 hours, for which we would like to extend a special thanks to the hotel staff once again. Upon departure, we were also allowed to leave the car in the hotel parking lot for some time after the checkout, which was very convenient as it allowed us to walk around the city a little more before leaving. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bordeaux and will be back here again on our next trip!

Perfect location if you want to visit Bordeaux's attractions. 50m from the hotel there are bus and tram stops (I highly recommend city transport - cheap and clean). The staff at the desk is super nice and helpful, great communication in English, we had our return flight cancelled and had to prolong our stay, there was no problem with that whatsoever. The smell in the hotel and cosmetics in the room are amazing. Also, the place is spotless clean. AC working fine.

The place can get noisy, because there are 2 locations with evening partying nearby (one across the street and one at the roof of the hotel's building), but they finish around 0:00 I think so it's not that bad.

We stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved it! The apartment is brand new and spotlessly clean. Everything is well thought out — the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, and they even provide dishwasher tablets and kitchen towels. Such a nice touch! The location is fantastic: just steps away from the beautiful riverside and the famous Cité du Vin wine museum. There’s also a great market nearby, along with lots of lovely cafes — a real treat for food lovers. A grocery store is just around the corner, and there's a tram stop close by with a direct line to the city center. The view from the window is stunning! Staying here was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended!

From the moment of booking the property the staff were very quick to respond to our questions. We were on a long road trip and would be arriving very late, and with 2 dogs. They were on hand to let us check in at 02h00 and very welcoming even at this hour. Check in was very easy, parking was easy, the room was as described, well equipped, and very comfortable. Location was ideal for us as just passing through, however would be great for a longer stay also, as very well situated for site seeing. Our dogs were made very welcome.

Not a complaint, as I am very sensative with pillows, and I did not try to request a different one due to the time we arrived, but the pillows were too high for me. For my son, they were fine. If I had asked, the staff may have offered a different one, I do not know.

Spacious room & helpful to have the kitchenette available to us. We were taking a touring holiday across Europe so both the parking garage and launderette were also really helpful. Great location, easy to catch the tram into town & very convenient for the lovely Halles de Bacalan.

The air conditioning in our room wasn’t great, the hotel team were very helpful but it didn’t really make a difference…

Location was perfect. Room looking to the bridge and experience of watching the cruiser flowing under the hanging part of bridge was really something, don't happen often. The room is eaxct as on photos, even larger. Foldable table and one more foldable chair is an extra for having the meal in room since there is a few steps around corner the huge market, if you decide to prepare something in well equipped kitchen. AC in mid of August was wery well since you need to close the window during the night, the street is noisy but insulation is perfect. Parking underground with a lot of places was confortable, close to elevator. Would stay again here. This is self serviced appartment, and if you need to cjang towels and need more toiletry, just ask for it at teception, the personel imediately add exyra or change towels or washing capsules, etc.

No better place to stay in Bordeaux, if you need studio and car park.

The property is situated perfectly. Being in the cité du vin quarter it is just in front of a tramway station that takes you anywhere in the city. It is also next to a river promenade that is full of cafes and restaurants. The staff are really nice and helpful. We were able to change our ground floor rim to a room with a beautiful view on the river. Our 4 days stay in Bordeaux was really pleasant.

I think the only drawback that is substantial is that there is no free cleaning in the apartments. As it has a hotel status I would expect this service in the price.

Really friendly staff, parking available for 15 euros per day and a 30 minute walk to the centre of Bordeaux along the river. Comfortable room and deceptively spacious for a couple with two large suitcases to stay for the evening. Very easy to get to and from the airport (around 25 mins drive).

Free parking would have been even better but this wasn't a big problem. The walk is maybe a bit far to town but there are easy tram links available for anyone who finds a longer walk a challenge.

Access to the accommodation was very easy as the reception is manned 24/7. All the reception staff we met were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was on 5th floor, accessed via lift and we had an amazing river view. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, the bed was large and very comfortable. Great attention to detail including individual night reading lights and plenty of power points. There was good quality kitchen/glass-wear and cooking facilities including a dishwasher and coffee maker - everything seemed in brand new condition. Riverside shops and cafes are just across the road and Cite Du Vin tram stop is within a minute's walk!

I loved everything. Maybe if twin rooms were available (rooms with two separate single beds) I may have opted for that instead.
