Very professionnal and welcoming. The rooms are very well designed with plugs on either side if the bed that are easily accessible. The bed was high and very comfortable with decent plump pillows. Double door entrance which keeps the heat out and the cool air in (also extra security for children and dogs). Access directly to the car parking space outside the room and closed parking barrier at night for extra security. Nice powerful shower and tea and coffee provided. Dogs accepted which is a huge Bonus. Easy access to restaurants in the area and the tram. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The hotel was undergoing renovations when we arrived but every effort was made to not let the work be intrusive. The hotel was located not far from the motorway which was an advantage for us. The staff were welcoming and booking in was completed efficiently. We were information on how to connect to the Internet and how to connect to our Netflix account via the TV in the room. The beds were comfortable and we were lucky to have rooms to the rear which were cooler. Parking was no problem. There is a restaurant on site as well as a small bar.

The room and bathroom felt cramped but was equipped with all we needed. The menu choices in the restaurant was limited but the food was good quality.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly; also accommodating. My french was quite basic (I am still learning) but they were very nice about this and helpful. They were also very helpful in general, all of them, from reception staff, to the cleaning staff and bar/food. The surroundings is very relaxed as well. I was at an event at Matmut Atalantique stadium - it was a 10 minute stroll from there. The tram is also 2 mins away from the hotel, which takes you straight into town. In fact, the tram system in Bordeaux is excellent - you can hop on and arrive anywhere, they are very regular! We just found everything so easy - but that is Bordeaux in general, I think!

Room was great straight out of the door to a grassy area which was great as we had 2 dogs with us and we could take them into the restaurant for dinner friendly staff they also spoke great English very helpful thus is our second stay here coming from Portugal head back to calais to get the tunnel great stop off

It was a great location for matmut stadium and also the tram line The staff were pleasant and friendly especially Hèrve (Harvey) Who went out of his way to make sure we were well looked after, hope I got the spelling right 😉, The food here was also very good

The only thing that disappointed me was that there were no bars around the hotel , just more hotels, also a mini fridge in room is really a must especially when the nearest supermarket is a fair distance away

Basic room, too price for what they offer Sign for door to kept falling off cause of wind. So staff first came in when not supposed to and then didn't come clean the room when they should have. Only 1 towel per person Breakfast hours during week only until 9am, weekend only until 10am

Very clean. Great experience with a an exceptional design that is nothing like the other hotels. It gave us the sensation of being in the nature while being in the city! The staff are great and very responsive ! Flexible checkin.

The staff were extremely friendly and spoke perfect English. Facilities felt very secure and comfortable, we stayed with our dog in our room without any issues. I really liked the fact we could park right in front of our room and all the amenities close by (restaurants, mcdonalds, etc)

after a long day of travel, the stall accommodated all of our requests. She was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and close to the parking. It was just what we needed. And extra points for being easy to get to
