Our stay was 1st class. Our room very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The main lobby had a bar and was a comfortable place to relax. We ate at the restaurant twice. Both meals were very good although the menu was limited. The pool was a great place to relax. The tram into town is located right outside the hotel and was invaluable for getting in to town and back.

We had room only booking and felt €25 per person seemed a lot breakfast as we only usually have coffee and a pastry. An option to offer a smaller breakfast would have been nice.

I like the view of the lake and my room had a very comfortable bed. It was clean and of a good size. The shower has plenty of hot water and is powerful. The aircon works well and is easy to adjust. The breakfast has a nice choice and is good quality. You can eat early or late 7-11 am is ideal. The restaurant food is very good and the staff are helpful. They let me taste a wine that I wasn’t sure about and gave good advice on what to have with the fish. The tram outside is very handy given the city centre is not close but I love the peace and quiet at night and you get a good sleep. I enjoyed sitting at the pool to relax and had a nice swim every day.

This was my second stay at this hotel …. And I would still say the toiletries are lacking …. The soap and shower gels are poor quality or at least they seem watery and you need to use a lot to get any lather. The toilets up at the pool are dirty and need to be refurbished…. The shower is terrible, it’s very uninviting and is dirty with no working light and no soap. It needs completely renewed in my opinion. It would be a good idea to have a basic shower poolside so people are not entering the water with a lot of sweat and sun cream on and so you can rinse after a swim.

I loved everything about this hotel! Upon arrival the staff were friendly and super welcoming, which continued throughout my stay and, as a solo traveller, this was something that I found very important (they were all amazing!). I was lucky enough to be given a free upgrade upon checkin and the room was amazing! The bed was huge and the room was literally perfect, with a beautiful view of the lake. The pool area was large and I was able to really enjoy the sun and relax during my stay (this was my fave part!). I would encourage people to get the breakfast and also eat here at least one evening for dinner as well as the food was amazing! I am very happy with this stay and I wish I had booked to stay here longer, I will definitely be back!!

The staff in the hotel here were all very attentive and with a great focus on customer service. The pool was a great area to chill out at the end of the day. Excellent location for a tram stop into the city. It was immediately outside the hotel but the hotel was very quiet.

No service most days at the bar by the pool and yet it was July. Not really possible to walk anywhere particularly nice immediately outside the property with just the lake and then quite a lot of roads.

Comfortable hotel. Good Room facilities, comfortable bed, great shower and minibar. Pool was refreshing and much needed with temperaturesin the late 30s. Staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Lovely view out on lake. Very quiet area despite tram line and road outside. Tram so near and brings you directly into city, and not expensive. You can buy a pass for days...ease of hopping on and off. We got a bolt/uber from and to the airport, costing €25 each way. Free water bottle fill up station on ground floor outside lifts 😃 would highly recommend staying here.

Air-conditioning was lukewarm and not effective, no chill in it. Even though we had the thermostat at 10degrees. Was glad of my own handheld fan. Food and drinks expensive in hotel.

The reception area and staff were a lovely welcome. Pur stay was very comfortable and we felt well taken care of.

The menu had no vegan options so we weren't able to eat at the hotel. The breakfast wasn't clearly labelled - no allergens. The self serving hot food definitely had serving spoons being used for both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. A salad bar would have been a good addition to the buffet. Some of the plates were a little dirty too.

We stayed here for 3 nights during a heatwave, to visit the Olympic Games football at Stade de Bordeaux. Rooms are comfortable, Pool area is nice. It is in a great location for the C Tram into the City and is only 10 mins walk from the Stadium. There is a supermarket and retail zone one Tram stop away, with fast food outlets, boulangerie, etc.

Weak air-conditioning in the room, even when turned to max it still wasn't effective enough. Also, our TV stopped working on day 2 and wasn't fixed during our stay. This was very annoying as we wanted to watch the Olympics!!! Nearby restaurant options are limited and Hotel breakfast is crazy expensive!

I thought the location for the Bordeaux stadium was excellent and it was well-connected to downtown Bordeaux with the tram. It was nice that for football matches. They have lots of food trucks set up. Parking is about eight euros, which seems fair. We also love the water fountain to fill up our water bottles in the lobby and entertainment like foosball and pool although we didn’t use those.

The entrance to the pool area is fairly strange although there is signage it looks like you’re going to an unused conference venue and then out on a thin patio. This could be improved a little bit and there is a bar out there that could be staffed at times that it’s busy.

Well kept and very welcoming on entering the property with good decor . Whilst the location is out of town the Tram stopping practically outside the front door is fantastic !!! We loved it and used it every day.

No balconies, pool area and bit small , with a pool depth at one end that is total not required 2.5 metres ! Lots of people with children . 1 m to 1.5 at the deepest would be more appropriate and a very easy fix off season. Whilst we enjoyed breakfast there was no change to to the buffet any morning. Always the same buffet no new surprises .

The welcome at the reception was excellent, so helpful and nothing too much trouble. Loved the secure parking which was worth paying for. Lake view room was so nice , the towelling robes and slippers a nice touch, tea and coffee in room and fridge in the room. restaurant was ok staff very friendly, breakfast plenty of choice x The thing which we did love is that the tram is directly outside the hotel so you didn’t need to use your car at all while in Bordeaux x

Personally for me everything was perfect x
