Very nice terrace for breakfast and evening drinks. Water bar to fill our water bottles with cold flat or sparkling water. Nice pool, which due to the heatwave was exceptionally open until midnight. Breakfast had lots of choices including non-dairy.

The hotel was completely booked which made parking difficult since we returned late each evening. But the staff was very understanding and told us not to worry if we parked in an unmarked spot as long as we weren’t blocking anyone.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the Lake from our upgraded room. The food was excellent and well presented and served. The staff were pleasant and attentive.

I appreciate that the temperature was exceptional for the time of year but the air conditioning was totally inadequate - it failed to give a more comfortable temperature in the bedroom. Also, there was a music event close by with loud music, particularly a thumping bass, which went on until the early hours.

Cocktails outdoors was pleasant. However, the bar staff appeared to be overstretched and not as cheerful as the reception staff. Dinner was good but we had to re-locate from outdoors as it was too cold outside and too many insects. Pet friendly hotels are difficult to find but very important for pet owners when travelling long distances.The hotel was very welcoming for pets and their owners. Free parking in secure area of hotel grounds.

The exterior of the hotel entrance had problems with rubbish overflowing in bins and some on grounds. The outdoor swimming pool was smaller than expected and did not appear to be very clean but was mainly being used by young children. Not many sun loungers available either,

Plenty of free parking on a code-secured lot! Proximity to tram for Bordeaux city access and the beautiful lake for sunset dog walks. Dog welcomed, all staff kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is varied and very good although the coffee machine was erratic. Bed was very comfortable and the sofa/cot was adequately comfortable even for an adult.

Breakfast room needs more staff on Saturday July mornings! They did an amazing job but need an extra pair of hands or two.

Beds were very comfortable and 2 pillows were presented (smaller and softer, other is bigger and a bit more stiff, for different preferences and I was very happy about it). There is coffee machine, choice of teas and in the bathroom shampoo and shower gel "Rituals" it's my favourite brand as I use it at home, so I felt like at home. Location was very convenient for us as hotel has a parking (we were driving near by different cities, so parking was very important) and once when we went to the city centre we took a tram (just 5 min walking), so it's very convenient with car or without. Staff were very friendly and helpful, in the restaurant we had a dinner (waiters are super nice, friendly and professional). We are very happy with our stay, 100% recommend to others and we will definitely come back :)

Close to tram - very easy to get into central Bordeaux. Good restaurant(well priced champagne, wine and beer) and offering within the hotel was decent. View of the Lake eas beautiful. Gym is good for cardio and stretching. Free parking because slightly out of town (although well connected with tram).

Breakfast is very expensive (we didn't take them up on the offer so can't comment on quality). Pool is nice but small, don't be deluded that this will be a child free swim. Exterior of the hotel looks very grim but inside you are rewarded to the standard advertised.

Great place to stop for the night on route with kids. great pool and facilities. Brilliant staff – I accidentally booked for the following Friday which was stressful mistake to make as we arrived late with an 8 year old. But the fantastic member of staff sorted my booking with finesse (not making me feel like an idiot) and managed to rearrange it despite a packed out hotel. Love the way the hotel is so cool and family orientated and that the kids eat for free.

Rooms were nice, the beds were comfy, big parking with a gate around, and the premise itself was quite nice.

The prices at the bar and restaurant were unreasonablg high, to the point that guests were ordering food from delivery apps or simply going out the door. I would have loved to eat there, but couldn't afford it for my entire family

Lack of communication between restaurant and hotel reception. Both at the evening restaurant and at breakfast staff said I had to pay for meal and for breakfast. They said it was not possible to charge to the room. I insisted that this was the only way I would pay and eventually they were able to provide this normal service. Hotel reception explained that the restaurant system is not connected to the hotel system. Accor please wake up. No milk for tea and coffee making in the room.

Best hotel near the Bordeaux Stadium, with ample parking and tram access to center city practically at the doorstep. Breakfast buffet was varied, lots of fruits, hot dishes, and pastries to choose from. Coffee awful but Kismi tea offered. The water bar was very welcome in the summer heat, so bring your water bottle to fill before you go out to discover Bordeaux. My dog was thrilled.
