I regularly stay at this chain of hotels. Always modern comfortable rooms, minimalism, but at the same time clean and stylish. On the ground floor there is a coffee machine, a snack machine, unobtrusive staff, quite friendly

There is a significant problem that when I stayed at this hotel again, I was asked for my bank card along with the CVV code as a deposit. As far as I know, this violates my rights and banking security rules, even by law. These rules are written at the counter, I tried to refuse and said that I water in the European Union and constantly use the network, but the administrator insisted. It is not his fault, he showed me a sign where these rules are indicated, but on other dates in this hotel they did not ask me for a card and in other cities and countries in this network they did not ask either (even in Paris). I consider this rule inappropriate and violating rights.

Great value for money, it was one of the cheapest hotels I found and access to the city center was very easy, obviously we were not in the historic center and for this reason it is necessary to take transport, however there is the option of train or rented electric motorcycle, really very easy and fast to get to the tourist attractions (by motorcycle 10 minutes), I don't think it pays to pay more, we also found the area quiet and empty, which we like a lot. At the back of the hotel, near the canal, there are several restaurants and a cinema nearby.

Nothing disappointed us, but I would improve the quality of the hairdryer, the shower stall in the bathroom because it wets the floor and the issue of the doors making noise in the other rooms (this didn't affect our sleep as I've seen in other comments, it's not a big deal).

Nice room, not fancy but clean. Room was cleaned and tidied up every day. Staff was polite and helpful, and spoke good English, which is quite uncommon in France.

The AC wasn't getting too cold, so it felt a bit warm. Not super central in Bordeaux, but still close to a nice and lively harbor area with restaurants, the cite du vin and the Lumiere des bassins.

The hotel was located in a new nice neighbourhood with nice places to eat and to drink. It's not like the city centre. We got also an excellent view on the harbour. The hotel was exactly what we expected. The staff at the reception was very friendly. We also got a crib for our daughter. Good price-quality for the place.

It is a good hotel, the price was really reasonable and low, it was clean and newly built, it had polite staff, the location was not strong but not bad either, it has good access to all places.

It didn't have a safe box and it didn't have a refrigerator, overall it's a very good hotel for its price

Didn't have breakfast there. When re development of this old docklands area is finished it will be lovely but presently hotel is a little away from local bars/shops etc. but for those who need it, McD's is at the end of the road! Hotel is probably as good as it can be at the areas current stage of re development.

At the current room prices breakfast included would have been appreciated. Currently have no bar or licence to sell alcohol. Only has a very small down stairs seating area in the lobby.

Location on the edge of town but plenty of bars and restaurants in close walking distance. It was a good 15 mins walk into the centre but you could be at a tram or river shuttle boat stop in 5-10mins so plenty of options. Our triple room was spacious, clean and tidy overlooking the central garden courtyard. Bathroom is compact but had everything you need from hand wash and shower gel to towels and a hairdryer.

Breakfast food area was compact so got quite congested particularly as the second drinks machine was out of order during our stay. Food did run out if you were at the later end of the breakfast period which I don’t feel should happen. However, fairly good selection of cereals, pastries, bread, yoghurts.

Great location in between two tram lines into central Bordeaux. Cite du Vin museum & restaurant are a 20 minute walk along the vibrant quayside area with lots of cafes & bars in what appears to be an up & coming neighbourhood. Room was comfortable, staff lively and super helpful, we really enjoyed our stay!

It was a little further out of the city than we planned to stay (original hotel double booked by booking.com) but was an area we may not have found otherwise.

It was comfortable, the location was good, its was quiet, the breakfast was nice. The coffee machine with the capsules in the room was a nice touch.

The shower could use a door. The curtain should be cleaned as it contained splashes of some liquid

Very clean, both reception area & rooms.! Great location to Cite du Vin, the waterfront, restaurants, harbor, grocery stores, bike rentals, & trams.! Safe & walkable neighborhood too.!

Stop & drop parking area didn’t exist to arrive or leave with luggage. Taxi/Uber had to double park. And FYI… NO iron or ironing board in the room, must request from reception. Also most of the tourism brochures were solely in French..need a few English ones too.!
