The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. The 24-hour check-in option was especially helpful for us, as our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight.

The breakfast was simple but satisfactory, offering enough to start the day. While the hotel is located about a 30-minute walk from the downtown area, it's conveniently situated right next to a bus stop, making it easy to access the city center by public transport. The price is somewhat high considering the overall value and the hotel's location.

Although its 18m2 the apartment is really comfortable with a big bathroom. Receptionists were kind and supportive. Hotel is not far from Bordeaux old town and easy to approach with tram. In front of the hotel there is a nice restaurant. No problem with the parking even during the day - the evening on next street to the hotel. It is free of charge.

Breakfast was good however a bit pricey. The lady in the breakfast room was not really flexible, nice as we walked-in on our the 1st morning without reservation.

Stayed 16 days in this hotel which is is near the bus station on Bld Godard and 300 m away to the tram station. You can reach the city center in about 20 minutes. The room has a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Also there is a kitchenette with cooking facilities. The room is basic but you have there all you can need.

You can't pay by cash. I was asked to pay by credit card at the check-in. Also, the room cleaning should be made more than once per week. Shower gel and toilet paper should be provided more than one per week. We had to buy from the shop.

The room was great for a stay in Bordeaux. Well equipped with all the essentials. Very nice, big, comfortable bed; large, functional shower; handy kitchenette with fridge(necessary for the good French cheese). Air-conditioning for the hotter days. The staff are very attentive and helpful and there is someone attending reception at all times. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t say if it was good or not. There is a tram *quite* close and a bus stop just outside, so it’s pretty well connected. The building has five floors, so thankfully has a lift; we got trapped in it briefly, but the maintenance chap sorted it rather quickly.

Coffee and tea refills are a Euro each and the cups in the room are tiny. The bathroom could do with a shelf for toiletries/toothbrushes. The water glasses, and this seemed to be a Bordeaux-wide thing in a number of restaurants, were these strange little Petri dishes; sort of like the bottom third of a pint glass. The area nearby is not massively interesting; nestled between a hospital and a large housing estate; so you need a tram/bus to get in to the city proper.

We had big rooms, bathroom all fine, kitchen corner, coffee machine with pods (no Nespresso), modern TV very easy to connect with your phone via integrated chromecast. Soundproof ok. Very nice boulangerie 2 min walking. Parking house in 3 minutes walking for 11 euro / day.

At check-in, the lady at the reception was alone (the second desk was unoccupied despite Friday afternoon with lot of activity) and she was overwhelmed, not friendly at all, very long time for checkin, she was not able to understand why I wouldn't like to get for my three days a room for disabled. Awful experience! Not so clean; no cosmetic tissues. Pretty far from the center, no supermarket in walking distance.

Nice as always, staff always friendly, good location with stores nearby and accesible public transport, won't be my last time here since its super easy to have a stay here

The area is under construction so its a bit tricky to order a taxi or an uber, its my secont time staying here, it was raining a lot so I paid for the parking, so I didn't spend too much time looking for a spot and the parking is a public parking with barrier, around 500 metres away and I still got soaked, I would recommend you to look for a spot instead

Well, first of all the staff was so so nice and helpful, the room was spacious and the bed so comfy, the location was okay, you could take the tram or the bus easily but a 10€ uber could take you anywhere in the city center, for the price, having that was good

The whole area was under construction but its not their fault so it was a bit tricky to get taxis, also they have little cutlery on the kitchen but it was okay, also maybe more towels or toilet paper would be better but that didn't affect my stay, overall very very good

The Chartron area is out of the busy tourist area with some relaxed and less expensive bars and restaurants close by, as well as Cite du Vin. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. You are a short walk from catching the C tram into town and it costs only €1.90 a trip.

Friendly and helpful staff available 24h. Extra clean. Good quality of apartment, good facilities.

No free parking for the hotel clients. The location of the property doesn’t look like the safest place in Bordeaux, so I paid for parking. Still, the hotel has a partner parking for a fee of €11 per night, which I used and I was satisfied.

Clean, spacy room with kitchenette and welcoming staff.

Magnet card keys were very bad quality, demagnetised even without holding them to metal, other cards. It was uncomfortable always going to reset them. View from windows was not suberb, some facing office building wall, but can't complain given the reasonable price.
