I had the pleasure of staying at this charming Bed and Breakfast in Bordeaux, and it was truly a delightful experience. Each morning, I was treated to an amazing breakfast featuring fresh homemade marmalades, rare cheeses, charcuterie, and delicious viennoiserie. Every day brought a new culinary surprise! The room itself was cozy, with a powerful AC that ensured a comfortable stay, even in the warmer weather. The garden and pool provided a serene, zen-like atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. What made the stay even more special was the host, Brigitte. She is incredibly hospitable and kind, making me feel right at home. Our conversations were enriching, and I learned so much about Bordeaux from her. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone visiting Bordeaux—it’s a true gem!

After travelling three months around Europe in many types of accommodation - including high-end resorts - this was one of my favourites. Brigitte is a delightful and generous host, who takes such great care in ensuring her guests have a beautiful and comfortable stay. From the different and delicious daily breakfasts, charming room and amenities and providing excellent recommendations on where to visit. The bed is super comfortable, and the attention to detail in the decorating of the room and rest of the house is just gorgeous. With only a few rooms, it’s also a lovely way to meet other travellers sharing stories over breakfast. I highly recommend this B&B for any visit to Bordeaux.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the B&B Le Clos Labottière, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Brigitte, who made us feel right at home. The house is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern amenities. There are only two rooms with cozy furnishings and thoughtful touches that show how much care has been put into every detail. Given the small size of the establishment, great attention is put on the clients. Parking was very easy. We however used the tram to move to the city center of Bordeaux, which takes approximately 15 minutes. Brigitte went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. From providing excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions to accommodating our dietary restrictions with a smile, the service was impeccable. We also made use of the pool, which was very nice in order to spend some time relaxing. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a gourmet spread that included freshly baked pastries, a variety of homemade jams, and a selection of cheese and charcuterie. The ingredients were all locally sourced and incredibly fresh. If you are looking for a cozy, welcoming place to stay with all the comforts of home look no further than B&B Le Clos Labottière. Highly recommend!

Brigitte and her husband are masters at hosting, she thinks about all details with lots of care, like replenishing bottles of water in the room and welcoming guests with Canele. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable located in a very relaxing neighborhood. Brigitte carefully prepares a lovely breakfast every day explaining the origin of the food and the homemade treats that are served. I recommend this place and I'm looking forward to being back again.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at Le Clos Labottière. Brigitte is an amazing host... kind and friendly and of course very respectful of your privacy. During our check-in she gave us a great introduction to the city along with a map, brochures, and app recommendations for transportation that were helpful in orienting us to Bordeaux. Brigitte is happy to share her recommendations for dining options and things to do in Bordeaux. We also had some cannelés and bottle of water (flat & sparkling that were refreshed each day) waiting in our room when we arrived which was such a nice welcome. Her home is incredibly lovely and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The bed, linens and pillows were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fantastic as well. Every morning we were presented with a wonderful selection of breakfast items. We stayed at Le Clos Labottière for six nights and every morning our breakfast was a little different. We loved sampling the various cheeses and charcuterie this region offers and let me not forget the bakery pastries as well as homemade muffins and cakes plus homemade jams made by Brigitte's husband. Absolutely delicious! The B&B is a 2-3 minute walk to the tram that brings you to the main centre. It was super easy! We honestly loved staying in a more local area... it was quiet and a nice walk after dining in the centre. Staying with Brigitte at Le Clos Labottière made our trip to Bordeaux incredibly special and memorable. We would not hesitate to recommend it our family and friends.

The breakfasts were delicious and varied, fresh fruit, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, selection of breads, jams and homemade cakes. Host was extremely helpful and provided maps, information and suggestions about what to see and do in the area. The location was close to a tramway stop so access to town centre was easy.

Delicious breakfast; charming and helpful hostess (Brigitte); very comfortable, clean and spacious room with immaculate en-suite bathroom. Le Clos Labottier is less than 5 minutes walk from the tramway system. This guest house is my new benchmark for mini-break stays.

This hotel truly felt like a home away from home. The cozy atmosphere, attentive staff, and comfortable amenities made my stay incredibly welcoming and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a warm and inviting accommodation experience.

Super helpful host. Convenient location just outside of centre ville which is only 3 stops away on the nearby tram. Great breakfast with several homemade items. This is a tees chic B&B.

We had a trully amazing experience staying at Le Clos Labottière! The room (and whole house!) were decorated with exceptional style - the room was quite big, including shower and toilet room, with a very comfortable bed, a very nice sitting corner (where a delicious surprise was waiting for us upon arrival!) and even a lovely antique writing desk. Everything was spotless clean, and cleaning and tidying was provided every day. Breakfast was also delicious - Brigitte was preparing a true feast each morning, with a large variety of breads, baked goods and delicious french charcuterie/fromagerie, as well as homemade marmalades and small cakes. Brigitte herself was an exceptional hostess - always made sure we had everything we needed and at the same time super discrete, and gave us pro tips to enjoy Bordeaux to the fullest! Will definitely be returning! Merci pout tout, Brigitte! Au revoir!
