Location, location, location

We’ve stayed here before and it was great. However we couldn’t sleep in the bed, the mattress was like concrete!!! I’ve never in my life come across a mattress in any accommodation like it. I can’t even say it was uncomfortable because that would imply you could sleep on it; you can’t. We had to sleep on the sofa bed; thankfully that wasn’t like a stone but was uncomfortable.

The staffs at the reception were very polite and helpful upon our arrival and the departure too. The property is in a good location. Easy access to tram to the city in less than 10 minutes. Near the riverside and ferry/boat ride if you want. 17-19 minutes walk away from the main town centre. And 2 tram stops away from Cite du Van, the wine museum. We didn’t explore the local area but there is cafe and pizzeria right outside the property and more cocktail bars along the main roadside 2-3 minutes walk away. The property was well kept and clean.

The studio small but we had everything what we need in it. The mattress very comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful as we had Van car which couldn’t go through parking, however, we still had place in the premises outside of the garage. Close to city centre and the streets with lots of shops. People kind and nice and do I recommend to have a tour with the boat on the Garonne river. I do recommend it.

The Interior car park can be modified a bit to permit entrance to a van higher than 2m.

Friendly staff ensured easy check-in, wi-fi access and check-out; and good travel advice. Clean, functional studio with kettle and equipped kitchenette. Beds are rather narrow and low but firm enough. Located in the quiet Chartrons district; convenient for riverside Tram B (2 stops to Cite du Vin or to Quinconces hub) and Bus 5 towards Bassin de Lumières or 15 min to Palais de Justice. 2 minutes walk to an Italian restaurant or to the welcoming French restaurant, Monami. Carrefour Local nearby. We very much appreciated Reception accommodating our request to leave our small bags for a few hours prior to check-in and after check-out.

Some sleeping discomfort as the undersheet/mattress protector must have been synthetic!

Everything was really good. The location is amazing, the staff is really friendly, the studio is quite big and confy. Some noises are coming from outside due to the sports centre next door and renovation done at city residence, but nothing really concerning i would consider as deal breakers. I was a bit sceptic while reading the reviews, but it must be bad luck for these people or different rooms, not as confy as the one i was in because i thought after staying here they were wrong. I would recommend it for anyone.

Free pick up from airport Location - near the rue notre dame, close to outlet in the way to cite du vin, nice pizza place across, speciality coffee cafés, organic shop, fromangerie, wine bars, restaurants near by. Le mirabelle for lunch, 4em vogue (hawaiian cafe), la pelle cafe, symbio on the river, pizza place across the resident which seem to have some prize are lovely place to go and near by. Staff - friendly and helpfull

It could be cleaner, perhaps use the bleach or drain liquid for toilet and bathroom so that no funny smells could come from there. 2 toilet rolls for a week stay but when asked the cleaning lady in the morning, they gave us extra so it wasn't a problem at the end. Brush etc cleaning kit in the room could be helpful. Wine glasses would be also nice It's not to do with the hotel but the tram line beside the river up to the city centre from our end was under construction. So on our way back to the airport with the suitcase in the rain to get to the other tram line was a bit of challenging.

The parking was onsite and secure. Transport connections to bordeaux city centre good amd within walking distance 👍 apartment had everything you could possibly want or need, except for a toaster. A toaster would have been good. All in all, wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartments 👌 would definitely stay here again 😀

It's just great value for money in a brilliant part of town, the staff are always lovely and the breakfast is perfect. There is nothing that I don't like but for information for fellow travellers it's probably not a place for a holiday, no pool or restaurant etc, but totally excellent for a few days if you are travelling around or passing through.

The hotel room was spacious, clean and had a kitchenette, witch is very handy if you wanna cook your own meals if travelling on a budget. The bathroom was in excellent conditions, with a bathtub and the shower gel they had was vegan. We do bring our own while travelling, but is good to know that they have vegan friendly higiene products for use, making it inclusive for people like me and my partner. If you use the tram in Bordeuax, it gets very easy to go everywhere you want fast. The emploeyes were great.

The studio medium size, it was enough for two people. The most what we liked it was the kitchen corner. It was very handy to prepare something in 10-15 minutes and it has all kitchen tools you may need. Enough storage space (I would say too much). The air conditioner was very handy during the heat, we used it few times before going to sleep. The bathroom was spacious. The hotel is located in a very silent area, we slept with open windows during the night and all we heard were the birds (no autos, no humans, no music, no noise nothing). At only 5 minutes walk there is the tram station and 10 minutes from city center. At 5 minutes walk is the Garonne river and the beautiful area very good for walking.

The cleanliness was not a strong point. At the check in we noticed that is was dust on all the surfaces. The general impress is that the studio needs a little refresh.
