Location of the apart hotel is quite far from the city center, but the tram stop is very close. The room was clean, the bed is very comfortable. You can find everything you need for comfortable staying.

Bad smell in the apartment. Ut would be good to add some more toilet paper. We finally bought another pack of loo rolls and left them. Another thing is about dish soap and shower gel - they were diluted with water.

A newly built hotel in old warehouse with decent beds,black out curtains,shower,air con and WiFi.Its very quiet at night and is 2 minutes walk to a tram stop that takes 8 minutes to get into the city centre.Trams are every 8 minutes from early morning to late at night.The room also has a kettle,stove and fridge.There is a huge Leclerc supermarket 10 minutes walk away.There is plenty of parking outside the main entrance

There is nothing not to like and is excellent value for money.Yes you can nt check into 16.00 but when we arrived at lunchtime we filled in all the paperwork ,were given lots of helpful information from the staff who then stored our bags till we returned later that evening.People really need to be more realistic about the price there paying for hotel rooms in relation to what they receive and location etc

Stayed many times in these apartment hotels. We never use the very adequate kitchen but appreciate the extra space provided by apartments. Very cost effective place for the night, with easy parking in front. Great location for visiting the city - a tram stop is a three minute walk and frequent clean and safe trams take you into the city centre with a €5 / 24 Hours ticket.

The location was great, not too far from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the tram. The morning reception was great. The receptionist I met there around 11 AM told me the room wasn't ready yet and offered to keep my bags at the hotel while I went for a stroll. Very good and full breakfast. I really do recommend adding the breakfast option. The room was full of kitchen utensils. I loved this. There is intermarche just in front of the hotel so if you want to buy food or any daily use you can get it there.

When I returned in the afternoon, the afternoon receptionist was unlikeable and spoke very harshly to me. It was my first time there, and there were some things I didn't know. Instead of calmly explaining, he was purely rude. This type of behaviour can certainly leave a bad taste.

As expected, industrial vibe, cosy, not so far from centre town, a few tram stops, good breakfast, hot water, comfortable beds, clean.

It was in a good location, close to a tram stop, so pretty easy to get to. The check in and check out process were quick and easy. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was spacious enough for one person

The TV and one of the lamps in my room didn’t work. Also it was not clear when the laundry service was open. As a tourist, I wanted to be out and about enjoying the sights during the day. It would have been so convenient if I could access the laundry service later at night or very early in the morning.

We have stayed at this appartement hotel many times. It is well located for a 10 minute tram ride to the city center with the tram stop just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are clean and well-equipped.

Just the bathroom in the suite we were given (110) was a disappointment. The rooms usually have a hairdryer, but this one did not though we were lent one at reception. The bigger problem was the shower, which in this room was above the bath. There was a rail above but no shower curtain attached, so it was difficult avoiding water splashing to the floor. By chance we had visited IKEA in Bordeaux just before checking into the hotel. We noticed that they sell a simple shower curtain for € 1.99 together with hooks. Had we stayed longer than the two nights in our apartment I imagine we may have called back and bought one from IKEA - though the hotel management should really do this !

Good location, close to the city center with local transport options (tram). Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, big bed is a massive plus. In the kitchen you can find all basic appliances needed for short break.

At the end of your booking please make sure you read the note about deposit on your arrival. I wasn't aware, but then I got it back, as the room was left clean. The only thing we didn't like about the room was some sort of waste pipe odour in our room. Not sure if it's because -1 level or in general. When the kitchen and bathroom door shut, then it was bearable.

A little hard to spot from the street but this is a hidden gem. A modern fit out this room had everything we wanted. Bed was comfortable, shower was excellent, location was a very short walk to the C tram which takes you past the major attractions. Air con was good and quiet.

We skipped the breakfast at 11 Euro for continental breakfast and cooked our own in the room.

Very handy location as it is only less than 5 minutes walk to the tram. Very quiet neighbourhood and the kitchenette is well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the staff were nice. Its the perfect base for seeing Bordeaux. In order to get to the main trainsl station you need to take 2 modes of transport but it is not complicated. I opted for a taxt as I was in a rush.
