Friendly staff from arrival to departure, granting an early check in. The spa's principal therapist is a highly trained professional with a 5-star skill set. The hotel is basic but clean and well-designed and offers comfortable bedding with high-end linens. Corner room was spacious and bright. The bathrooms was clean and spacious. The best feature is the rooftop deck with nice 360 degree views.

Large stains on the room carpet which ought to be replaced. A broken floor lamp was left to lean against a wall in the room. Motion detectors for the lighting in the corridors and carpark are slow to react and the lighting remains dim. Extra fee for use of the carpark. Hamburger served cold after a very long wait following the order. Rooftop restaurant and breakfast area were understaffed. Limited and dismal, poorly presented breakfast options.

The rooms were very tastefully decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. Beds very comfy. Was lovely to sit on terrace for breakfast, which had a good selection of choices . Was close to tram line that took us straight into the centre. Was in a good position - at the back restaurants and walk along the waters edge. Staff were all friendly and helpful - would stay again.

The only thing I would comment on is the restaurants on the top , were mainly accessed by lifts - we did find stairs but had fire doors which were locked on all the floors - if not keen on lifts ( like I am ) needed to go to the ground before going up other stairs to the floor our bedroom was on . Feel there should be a choice and good access/signs to using stairs if wanted to.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely the best part of the stay. The views of the water side are really nice albeit the metallic structure covering part of it.

Location. Whilst the hotel is located in the port and there are few places to eat and go out right ag the door, the area can be rough with homeless people and broken glasses all over the path walk. Since it’s a party area, it can also get noisy at night. If you know what to expect, then it’s ok. I didn’t know and it took me a bit aback.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area, away from the noise of the city center. There are good restaurant choices nearby. The tram is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and one can easily reach the city center in 10 minutes. Our room was spotless, and the bed was SUPER comfortable. We kept asking ourselves, "Can we just take this bed with us?" A good night's sleep is of utmost importance. The parking garage is very safe, and the spaces are ample for even bigger vehicles. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Our go-to hotel in Bordeaux - stayed twice at this hotel, once in a junior suite and once in premium room. Comfortable room, nice bathroom, clean. Very nice gym with machines, free weights, cardio, high bar, parallel bars etc... Excellent sauna and steam room at no extra cost w certain rooms. Good breakfast, nice outside area in summer.

Parking costs extra. Door keys always demagnetize so have to get them redone several times. Room service not always available. Reception not always reachable.

restaurant was good. Parking was excellent. Location was good. The staff were very helpful.

Our only issue was noise. We were facing some outdoor nightclubs and despite the excellent double glazing, the noise was extremely loud and went on very late. It would make us rethink this hotel and would likely avoid at the weekend when I understand the music can go on through the night. If there are rooms that are quieter we would want one of those next time.

Comfortable, quiet room. No noise from the corridor or adjacent rooms and when window closed well insulated from outside noise. Nice, big bathroom with a good shower. Friendly, helpful staff. Able to leave baggage at the hotel on the last day.

Couldn't tell if the air con was working, but managed to cool the room down by opening the window anyway. Nicer tea and coffee would have been good.

The lobby staff are very friendly and really helpful. The waiters and servers on the rooftop as well. The spa experts were very kind and knowledgeable.

I thought there was a lack of air conditioning around and the keys-cards to unlock the rooms were not very convenient as they would deactivate automatically if one were to duplicates their original keys.

Very comfortable beds. Appreciate amenities provided like robe and slippers. Great location and parking convenient. Breakfast on top floor was nice.

Breakfast was good but was not replenished as needed so missed croissant, hardly any eggs left… settled for scraps left. They wouldn’t guarantee parking, even offered to pre-pay so bit stressed getting there early to ensure we had parking.

The location is nice though outside seating isn’t great as crows and pigeons lurk around the tables food choice is in line with expecting service isn’t great see below

The breakfast service seems a bit unorganised anyone can walk in and. Sit wherever one wants no one asks your room number or anything
