In a great location, this aparthotel is right beside a tram that will take you into the city center but the half an hour walk is also quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly and would always greet us with a smile. Nearby you can find a supermarket to buy whatever you need to use in the well equipped kitchenette, you can grab a bite to eat at a fantastic indoor market nearby as well. There are some more traditional terraces nearby although they are sparse, otherwise you can find a good few bars along the docks.

We were here in July and the lack of air con was felt. The room does have two big windows and a fan but be warned it can get quite hot.

Good location. It is just a few minutes walking from a tram station. The staff at the reception is very nice and speaks English Room size is bigger than expected.

There were so many mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least forty mosquittoes with my bare palm just in the first two hours after checked in. Even so there were still some hidden mosquitoes that continuosly bugged me that night, making me not able to sleep peacefully. In addition, I could not open the window as I was afraid more mosquitoes or insects might fly in. As such, the room was so hot, making it even harder for me to sleep.

Great location. Tram about a five minute walk easy to get around Bordeaux and to go to outings which were or near our accommodation.

The loud band that played from Saturday afternoon until the early hours of Sunday morning😢the base of the music vibrated in our room🥴 Too close to an outside event area that during the day looks as though it is a walk through arty area. Saturday is quite different. Then when I tried to cat h up in sleep in the Sunday children okay in the art gardens and sleep was out of the question🥴

The location, near tram B and the Cite du Vin was outstanding -- as was the nearby Carrefour City. Secure parking was a bonus. The laundry facilities were excellent. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Staff was only present some times in the day and little things, like getting into the parking lot from the hotel, required staff help. Although the laundry faciities were super, it wasn;t possible to buy individual soap packets -- we had to buy far more than we needed at a nearby store.

Location when arriving by hire car (or take tram from airport) from airport doesn't look the best. You drive thru an area adjacent to docks, lots of unfinished buildings narrow roads ... The hotel has secured gate entry parking, 10 Euro, but in this city you won't need the car. Leave it in the compound. The hotel is spotless, room really large and fresh. No Aircon, just a fan and window, so maybe in spring or summer might be an issue, but in January or February no problem. Bed is incredibly comfortable, big and top quality mattress and bedding. Access from the hotel to downtown and everything you will want to see in Bordeaux, walk 3 mins to the tram line, get the B and 25 mins later you are in Bordeaux centre. TV has BBC1 if that helps. By the way the hotel is literally next to the huge modern wine museum, a spectacle on the cityscape. You could skip 11 Euro breakfast, eat at a cafe etc, but if you prefer no hassle in the morning breakfast is ok. Bordeaux is a very clean safe city, public transport to get around is a sinch and very efficient. Enjoy ...

Our 3rd stay here so clearly we like the place ! Location is great close to tram stop for visiting the city. Parking is gated and safe. Hotel is clean and comfortable with super friendly staff. Rooms are good size with good kitchen facilities (though we didn't use these), and breakfasts were good value again with really friendly lady in charge. A bientôt !

I liked the room ambience, very comfortable. The hotel is also very close to two Tram stops making commuting very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were a bit bigger than i expected, a pleasant surprise. The Internet is very good!

I would maybe have liked more options on the breakfast menu but the breakdown presented was still standard and very okay.

The property was safe, clean, quiet, and right next to a beautiful art park. We were able to walk to grocery stores, pharmacy, an open market, and a food court, as well as take walks through the neighborhood,

Hut summer, top floor, no air conditioning so when we opened the window for cooling. we got bitten by mosquitos all night long.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Throughout the hotel was clean. The bedroom was clean, warm and spacious, in comparison to other hotels. Parking was welcome, as most of the on street parking was taken. The location is excellent, close to the river and spoilt for choice for restaurants and bars. I would have to highly recommend the Halles Bacalan, which offers, many pop up food vendors, with food from around the world, and an amazing atmosphere...

Perfectly located, close to City du Vin and Bacalan Halles. Locked parking where you can let also your bikes without concerns. Room 405 is quite big. We even stayed 2 times there,came back for 1 night after one week.

Both times, close to our room were parties in neighbour rooms with very loud music.
