I loved my room - it was so stylish and I loved the way the bed which was huge was positioned in the room. I also loved the sauna and pool area - I literally spent hours there relaxing. Nice to be welcomed with a cake though as I arrived on my birthday.

The location was odd and didn’t feel completely safe walking back in the evening. It wasn’t really bad but as a sole traveler I decided to walk back before it was dark. It was also frustrating that my room was not serviced because the do not disturb was electronic and as I had not even seen it to switch it on I only found it when I was racking my brain why a nice hotel would not service the room. Probably worth the staff pointing it out when they show you the room. Finally the breakfast was ok but for that quality of hotel it could have been really special.

I complain about some annoying noise in room at night due to air con , hotel seems to be aware of the issue in this specific room and only answer I got was " very sorry, next time we will give you a better room", not what I expect from 5 star hotel. Breakfast could includes some Japanese or asian items as it is mostly a Japanese restaurant for lunch and diner. Breakfast very tasty nevertheless, just stay away from egg Benedict , they don't know how to cook it.

I liked everything about this hotel and the room was so pretty! The bed was located in the middle of the room so the set up was unique! The bed was super comfortable and tidy! Upon my arrival in the room, I had a plate of fresh small fruit and a hand written card welcoming me. The mini bar was well garnished with different beverages, and even more! The bathroom facilitated free gel shower shampoo and conditioner. Also, the restaurant... AMAZING!! I love Japanese food and I was served! One of the sushi chef is a champion in his domain, it was absolutely delicious! The staff were really helpful and friendly, and they arranged for a taxi in the morning of my departure. So overall I had a great time!

The location of the hotel is quite far from the city center. I could have taken a taxi but I opted for the tram. From the closed tram stop to the hotel, it takes about 15 mins to reach your destination. Upon my arrival, the building is beautiful but the main entrance was the restaurant and not the hotel. It was a bit confusing but I got over it! Apart from that, it is hard to find any cons.

The bed was super comfortable and I liked the linen and pillow. Loved the proximity of the TV to the bed! The staff were very professional and polite. The restaurant decor was cosy and inviting. The cocktails were nice but I think a list of classic cocktails would complement the menu. I liked that there was a bus stop nearby. Check in and out was swift.

I didn’t mind the room being quite small, but there was very little hanging space or shelving to unpack so we had to live out of bags.

We really liked this hotel, was very calm, clean and smelled lovely due to their spa I think. Staff were very attentive, the outdoor eating area was very nice and the music at nights was super cool with DJ's every night - but not at all noisy in the rooms. We loved walking through a non tourist part of the city, Bordeaux is very clean, easy to navigate and has beautiful architecture.

Sadly, the dinner service was very poor, we only dined in the hotel one night, food was good but service poor. A language difficulty I think

Very nice sauna and spa area, the rooms are very clean and they feel brand new. Really enjoyed the toiletries and the bathroom area, the hotel has a very nice design and the attention from the valet and reception team is very warm and profesional. We had some good sushi rolls at the restaurant too.

If you don’t mind walking a little bit, the location is good, is a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Amazing property, amenities, and staff. Everything is beautiful and the aesthetic is simply stunning. There is attention to detail at every turn. Such friendly and accommodating staff as well.

I especially enjoyed the steam/sauna and pool facilities. Nice gym as well; no one in it! Restaurant delicious with some great vegetarian options. This was such a glorious home in Bordeaux for 2.5 days on my way to a wedding.

Not so much space for clothes and suitcase. This is more a hotel for short stays The breakfast could have more options for a 5 stars hotel

nice location. extremely friendly and helpful staff did their very best to make our stay pleasurable. relaxing pool and spa.

rooms are beautiful but very small, and terraces overlooked by other rooms. breakfast was delicious but all hot dishes were served cold! this was swiftly remedied by the friendly staff who heated the breakfast items up for us when we asked.

Brand new boutique hotel with beautiful facilities. Make sure to try their restaurant, very happening and tasty food.

Only negative i would point out is the suite we got was facing the street so it was a little noisier at night. Just request a room facing the courtyard should solve this issue.
