Great location, quiet and the bed was clean and comfortable. The receptionists and restaurant staff provide an excellent service and very friendly and informative. I was only there for a few days and had lunch on two occasions. Food was enjoyable and offered good value. To share a positive experience, the receptionist who checked me in to the hotel on my arrival provided some valuable information as to the location for bridal dresses, which was very useful as I was in Bordeaux to attend my daughter's wedding, and did buy a dress for my daughter in that bridal store that was recommended.

My room security safe didn't work, and I had to change my room twice. The technician eventually did arrive to fix the safe on the day I was leaving. So that wasn't a good experience as I had some valuables, passport, etc. that I needed to secure. The hotel sent their apologies with a box of beautiful chocolates which I appreciated.

Very clean, spacious room for family of four. Huge main bed, great easy to use sofa bed. Great air conditioning. Little fridge stocked with complimentary coke, water, orange juice. Kettle for making tea. Nespresso Coffee machine with refills. Bath robes. Bath and separate shower. Nice pleasant decor. All in all we loved it and would gladly stay there again.

Needs smart TV, ours wasn't at time of writing. Not a huge deal but would have been icing on the cake sorta thing. Paper cups, too small for me I found. I would have preferred normal cups. A bit of a walk (10min) from main tourist area down by the river. Despite all the above I would happily book again.

Beautiful facade and interior. We were made feel very welcome by the the friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, instead we had a coffee and croissants in the bar area. The coffee is the best we had in Bordeaux and the bar/ lounge area is really cool. Perfect for hanging out, reading and making plans for the day. Great value, would come back.

Location, not much to see in the local vacinity, but the public transport in Bordeaux is excellent so it wasn't really an issue.

Standard corporate hotel. Staff were OK, but weren't falling over themselves to help with our bags or negotiating a price for bike parking. Right in the town with a massive underground car park. Car park is perfect for keeping motorbikes secure.

Car parking was paid for on a per room basis which is fine for cars. Our three bikes only needed one space but we had to pay for two as we had two rooms. Could have been worse of course, but unnecessarily annoying.

The room was a very good size with an enormous comfortable bed. The en-suite had a bath and a proper shower with a WC is a separate area. The underground parking garage (c.100 spaces apparently) was very convenient and had 2 Tesla destination chargers with dedicated parking space. The route 5 bus stops outside and it is a 10 minute walk to the excellent tram system. The staff are very helpful and the cleaning was spotless. Good choices for breakfast, including fry your own and boil your egg options for ultimate freshness! Location is good, in that it has easy access to the centre without being in the busy tourist area.

No obvious place to stop and unload the car (it's on a bus lane) and getting to the garage is a trip around the building (could be better signed from the road). Decor is a bit bland corporate and a bit of a walk down long corridors to our room. No chairs or decent desk in the room (it definitely had the space to take them comfortably) and tea and coffee making facilities in the room were a bit motel-like (small paper cups and instant coffee in Little sleeves) and out of keeping with the scale and ambience of the hotel.

Original standard room not to our liking but subsequent upgrade (for an additional cost) was much better

Restaurant menu in the evening was somewhat limited. Instructions for arriving with a car were seemingly non existent. We had to park half on the pavement half in a bus lane whilst one of us went inside to establish where the underground car park was located and to obtain the code. If more than one, two or more cars arrived at the same time without knowing the procedure for parking, and having been pre advised the code, there would be potential chaos in the road outside the entrance of the hotel.

Front staff was kind, helpful and friendly. The staff in the bar/restaurant all need to speak English better, and have a more welcoming attitude. They ast like it's a privilege to serve customers. The bar/dinner staff is very disorganized and, again, dismissive of guests. needs improvement. It also would be nice to have more English-speaking channels on the TV. I got pretty tired of watching the BBX for hours. There needs to be grab rails in the tub/shower. I'm 76, and the tub is so clean that when you add that shower gel, it gets very slippery, with nowhere to grab. very dangerous.

Front staff, clean and large double room.

Nice hotel in the centre of Bordeaux. Walking distance to Le Cité du vin and a very nice promenade along the Garonne river. Along the river there are plenty of shops and restaurants. On a sunny day perfect for a walk. Good breakfast and also a restaurant with a nice selection of wines. Parking is possible in an underground garage, costs 15 EUR/night.

I liked the location, which was a little out of town and consequently very quiet, but within easy striking distance of all that Bordeaux had to offer. It is on some excellent transport links, so getting around was very easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts were great.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Excellent parking (fee applies) with decent EV charging especially for Teslas. Comfortable rooms.

I thought the dinner menu was overpriced and limited choice. Service was a bit flakey. Waited over half an hour for a plate of cheese. Told them not to bother eventually as I’d finished the wine I was planning to accompany it.
