The young lady who works at apparteo bordeaux was very helpful. She was calm and patient and explained everything we needed to know as soon as we arrived. The apartment was clean and well equipped and situated in a quiet area. Within a short walking distance, there are many waterside restaurants and only a short tram ride away from the centre of bordeaux.

The complex is only manned from 9.00am to 5.00pm, so you have a code to get into the building, even when the staff are there, which is great for security but I feel I little unnecessary.

An apartement sized 'room' of great quality. We were top floor with views over the harbour from the bed window and from the spacious deck/balcony. The room has everything including kettle and some complimentray coffee/tea. Bathroom is wonderful size with wet room shower. This place made our visit feel extra special. I cannot recommend enough. Location was perfect for us because we went to a concert on a harbour boat. Otherwise it's a 15 minute bus ride into the city, with the bus right outside the door. We went to explore Bordeaux City and came back easily during the afternoon.

Finding the room from the reception could be tricky for some as it is a complex building. Make sure you understand the instructions of where to go. Maybe the hotel could make little room maps with directions?

Good location. 20 min distant from the center, with shopping and restaurants near. The river side is also very pleasant for a walk. The bus to the center is just outside the bulding. Big room and wc. Clean. People were very nice and kept my luggage before check-in and after check-out.

No air conditioning. It was 40C during my stay so it was very difficult to sleep... The bed was also very small.

The fan in the room hasn’t worked properly which was a bit unpleasant considering the 39 degree weather. But it has been replaced after I requested it. The location is quite nice though a bit far from the city centre. The bus stop just in front of the building helps though.

Getting into the building with code was easy (late night). Cozy, quiet and nice room. Kitchen facilities are good. Microwave and kettle. Near to Bus 4 station and Cité du Vin.

Wi-fi: nothing, I requested a password several times via Booking message and via SMS but no reply. Free toiletries: only one shower gel, no soap, no shampoo, no body lotion. Kitchen: no sponge for cleaning.
