The location is great if you’re searching for an overnight stay while traveling by car. Easy to reach from the highway and good parking. Breakfast is also good and staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel restaurant was not open in the evening because of a private party. That wouldn’t be a problem if there are many more restaurants in the area, but there isn’t that much and you’re pretty far from city centre. So you have to get in to your car and find something else, or eat some snacks that you brought like I did. ;)

We were very happy with our stay & the young man who checked us in ( Mika ) was excellent. All of the staff were very helpful & polite during our stay.

The only comment I would make is that the outside decking area & the Restaurant sign wall need some maintenance. The wall behind the restaurant sign is in desperate need of repainting & the decking area just needs some of the furniture replacing & cushions. It was a warm evening & we sat on the decking for a drink but this area needs a little bit of attention as it let the rest of the hotel down.

The hotel was very good value for money. The staff were really lovely and helpful. There was good parking and the hotel is around the corner from a tram stop leading to the city. The room was well equipped.

The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. It was a bit hard. Also, the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor soaking the shower/bath mat. But we would still stay there again because of the friendly staff and the price.

The room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean and nicely equipped. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Breakfast provided exceptionally good choices, very delicious. All staff were very welcoming, very helpful and professional.

Was reassured by the best western branding and not disappointed with the quality of the accommodation. Good breakfast. Good restaurant for an evening meal. Good location for bus and tram connection to the city centre.

Slight improvement needed in the breakfast management as a couple of items were not topped up promptly but both were sorted immediately so no real concerns. Just a blip. Door lock was a little temperamental (forgot to tell desk at check out)

The room and bathroom were both clean but smaller than I had imagined. The location was close to the tram stop to access Bordeaux . The staff were welcoming on arrival.

The room offered coffee making facilities but was only replenished twice out of our 4 day stay. When I asked at reception I was told that it is not replenished every day. This needs to be made clear on your booking platform

The property is well situated and is about 10 min from Mont Saint Michel. The property itself is from the 16th century and contains the original woodwork and stair railings. It has been lovingly updated with a completely modern and spacious bathroom. The rooms are of reasonable size and are charming. The staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. There is a two person elevator to help get your luggage to the room.

Everything was wonderful except the walls are a little thin with little soundproofing so you can sometimes hear people talking in the adjacent room if they are talking or laughing a little loudly.

Very nice newly renovated hotel. Rooms were very pretty, with new air conditioner. The bed was comfortable, with two pillows. Another nice thing was that in each room there is a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules! We also got a free room upgrade!

The only thing is that it's a bit far from the city centre but it's near the airport and the Lac. The other thing is that because of the Lac and its mosquitos you can't open the window. And another thing was that the soundproofing could be better as you can hear the corridor and the surrounding rooms.

Staff speaks little english. Mosquitos in the room if you open the window even in autumn.We were not supposed to open the window therefore but turn on the AC, but I could not figure out how it works

Clean room, lots of good parking (secure) and excellent air-con!

We were told breakfast was served until 10am but when we went to the dining room at 9.45am there was hardly anything left and we had to request more milk and bread. The staff member was a bit surly and took ages, which we thought was odd. I mentioned this at reception and was told it was because breakfast was served until 9.30am Monday to Friday. The receptionist apologised for the incorrect information we had been given. An honest mistake.
