The room was clean and functional, providing a comfortable environment for my stay. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the university, which was ideal for my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the flexibility during check-out; although I left early and no one was at reception, I left my key card, and there were no issues.

The breakfast offerings were average and lacked variety, particularly for guests with dietary restrictions.

Hotel was perfectly situated with just a 5 minute walk to the tram stop with a 10 min journey to the centre of Bordeaux. The room was clean and quiet and we got a great night's sleep. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful on our arrival.

The breakfast was poor. There wasn't a lot of choice and the pastries were a bit stale and the fruit salad was starting to go off. You could only park for 4 hours in front of the hotel. A staff member helped point us to a free nearby car park about 10 min walk away but wouldn't be ideal if you had a lot of luggage or want to leave the car all day.

Access to the property via publica transport was easy and it is located right next to the University campus, where I went to work. The facilities were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff very friendly.

The kitchen equipment was very basic and there was no table to eat reasonably, which means that it is not easy to use the place for cooking/eating. Also, the beds were rather small (but not too small).

The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary facilities, also with air conditioner. The hotel is conveniently located next to the tram B line, university, supermarkets and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service at the reception. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The tram next to the hotel was a bit disturbing and my room did not have a balcony.

The room was clean and bright. Modern stylish decor. Good air conditioning which was much appreciated in the heat. Lovely, large terrace overlooking the city. The mini kitchenette has most of the essentials needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The bed was too soft for me but that is a personal preference.

The room was comfortable and had all the needed facilities. There was a heatwave in Bordeaux during my stay so it was fantastic to have an AC in the room. Large terrace with plenty of seating. A young man who checked me in was nice and helpful ( didn't get his name ). Location is nice and quiet, there's a park and a supermarket nearby. Good half hour walk to the city center or a tram station 2mins away.

There was no wifi or TV signal ( 2 channels worked ). Apparently it was due to a storm which happened on Monday ( unclear which Monday as I checked in on Tuesday and there was no storm the day before ). I don't watch TV much and had mobile internet so it didn't really affect my stay.

Extremly friendly staff who helps with all requests. Location right next to tram. Very clean rooms. We were allowed to store our rented e-bikes in the storage room of the hotel over night.

There is a kitchen for basic things, like heating up pre-prepared food, but to actual cook something there is a lake of space and utilities like kitchen knife or cutting board.

Clean, spacious, included a kitchenette, good breakfast, calm area in proximity to a botanical park and to the science university of Bordeaux, trams and buses to the center of Bordeaux are available in the very near proximity.

It was difficult to use the kitchenette as no washing-up liquid and sponge is provided. If one wants to use the dishes or cups, one has to buy these extra, which is a shame when you are travelling.

Lovely hotel

No it was all lovely. Small point the base of the bed had very sharp corners and the mattress slipped off and my partner bashed his leg! Ouch

Location was perfect. Great tram ride to the city centre, or to the airport + just one bus. Some truly amazing restaurants in the neighbourhood. Modern functional design. Comfortable bed. Super lovely staff. Merci beaucoup!!! The heating in the bathroom to dry towels (or clothes after a rainy day ;) was really helpful. The room was quiet, warm and clean. Beautiful park with a charming Château nearby.

When checking-in we said we don’t want cleaning during our stay (3 nights), but to our surprise after 2nd night someone entered our room to make the bed and change towels etc. which was not pleasant to find out. Not expected. Felt weird. Some basic utensils were missing in the kitchenette. And in the bathroom there were small details in need to be repaired (e.g. leaking shower cord, mirror frame destroyed by humidity probably, hair dryer change).
