We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The receptionists were very nice, and the location was great. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the famous market and about 25 minutes from the old center. The nights were quiet - nothing disturbed us. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Cleaning took place every other day, including taking out the trash and making the beds. The WiFi signal was fine for our use. The small kitchen was equipped with the necessary basics. Some tea and a drip coffee maker (without coffee) were also available. I really appreciated the air conditioning and air circulation. It was 40 degrees in Bordeaux, but the hotel had a pleasant climate without the air being too cold or dry.

I don't have anything to complain about. There was a little mold in the corner of the shower ceiling, but we didn't mind for those few days.

There were more out-of-room amenities and more room service than usual in apartment-hotel type places. A Carrefour supermarket is a few minutes walk across the street. Quiet location.

It is not close to Bordeaux's main tourist attractions, though they are easily accessible by public transportation. During our stay, the bus line in front of the hotel was temporarily rerouted, so it was a 10 minute walk to the streetcar line at Pl. Victoire. There are few eating places within 5 minutes walking distance (but many within 10 minutes). For those with limited mobility, sidewalks in the neighborhood are in poor condition.

Very comfortable bed, we didn't use the kitchen facilities but there was a kettle and mugs which was great. We didn't use our car as the local transport is very good in Bordeaux, the tram stop 7 minutes walk away and a bus service on the main road in front of the apartment entrance.

The bathroom is a bit tired, needs some tidying up and updating but the shower was good and water pressure good too. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited in that both times we visited the bread, oranges and juice weren't available, they need to be checked more regularly.

This property well situated, being easy walking distance to the centre of Bordeaux -and it has parking!! Parking is not free but it works out much cheaper than even municipal car parks - if of course, you can find a space. Trams and buses are easily accessible. The rooms are studios, with a tiny kitchenette, including a fridge and a microwave so you could easily rustle up a sandwich or reheat a pizza. The rooms have good wifi connection. The hotel is quite modern and has everything you could want in bordeaux centre at a very good price. It is not luxury but it is certainly one step above other 'budget' hotels. I would definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again without a second thought.

The shower is badly designed. Water pressure is good, water was good and hot but the design of the shower tray meant that a lot of water escaped onto the floor.

Excellent room with everything you need, including a mini kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, electric stove, dishes, refrigerator). Very close to the center and within walking distance from the train station. It is also convenient to get to the airport (tram line B with a transfer to line A)

The location of the hotel is great, but the street it is located on is filthy and all dug up. I hope this is temporary

Very clean, nice staff, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very good mattress i have to say, the bed was extremely comfortable.

The location is not ideal. It's a bit out of the way but there is a regular bus and it's a 6-7 min walk to the closest tram stop. The area is ok but the side alleys are very dodgy at night because they're not lit, only the main street is so i advise caution especially for women. This wasn't a problem for mel but something to keep in mind. It's a good location if you like to walk, the road to the city centre is literally a straight line.

Location was good and walkable into the city, expect that there was major road works on the road outside (not the hotels problem) which was annoying. The room was fine for our overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and aircon was great. Clean accomodation and would recommend. Didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel.

Nothing really to mention except that it wasn’t immediately obvious how to get in to the accommodation. Better directions might be helpful.

Reception team couldn't have been more helpful. Very quiet at all times, it's set back from the main road and is ideal for some peace and quiet. Less than ten minute walk from Tram B going into the heart of Bordeaux and No1 bus straight to either the Airport or main train station. So much to do within walking distance. The nearby Market is a must visit.

It was a nice neighbourly environment so quiet - no sound from the street & set in its own grounds - with car parking. Had to get used to the door codes to enter and leave. I liked the size of the room and its comforts - it was a lovely bonus to have a small kitchen area - and the breakfast area was roomy with plenty of buffet food and beverages. The staff were particularly helpful as I did not know the area and were very helpful on directions even telling me exactly which bus to catch as my friends were staying in another location.

Good location, bus stops nearby, fully equipped kitchen and quite a comfortable room, clean linens on beds. Tasty breakfast (meat, cheese, butter, bread and buns, pancakes, pastry, juices, coffee, yogurt, tangerines and oranges), the reception managers are very friendly and always ready to help, gave us detailed information and recommendations as regards sightseeing and travelling over the region.

Noise from outside of the room as the windows in it are not soundproof. The wooden furniture is old and shabby, especially in the kitchen. The cleaning lady only replaced the towels and rarely cleaned the room, never making our beds. The choice of dishes for breakfast is good but there were no vegetables at all. It looks like this hotel needs renovation both at the entrance area and in the rooms.
