Great communication with the owner who it seems had thought of everything. Apartment perfect for my short stay. Good to have coffee machine and capsules as well as the small kitchen. Good to be able to leave my bag on the last day and return for it later. Breakfast basket was a lovely bonus.

I was well informed about the bed being up a ladder on a mezzanine and it did not bother me - but important to be aware. The bedding is ok but a bit scratchy and the pillows a little lumpy. I wouldn't score it down for this but could be good to replace soon. The area of Bordeaux the flat is in is a bit dirty/edgy but it's very central and once inside the building it is nice and quiet and you feel very secure.

The location is exceptional, perfect for walking around the old town and by the river, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and very close to the tram from the airport. The hosts were very helpful, and provided a lovely fresh continental breakfast each day. Having somewhere to leave my bag after I checked out on the last day until I was ready to go for my evening flight was a real bonus.

Although I was connected to the house wifi, I had no internet connection for most of my stay. I was out most of the time so it wasn't critical, but it would have been useful.

I am on a five weeks holiday across Europe and this is the best accomodation we stayed at! The location is really good and most places are walkable or tram (tickets included in CityPass) is nearby to jump on. The breakfast basket 🧺 was amazing and you get two fresh eggs to cook however you like. The space is very functional, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Cécile was responsive and accommodating. Hands down best experience! Strongly recommend!

Good contact with the owners and quick reaction to any questions! Excellent location! The room is simple, has a small kitchen and there are shops around to buy basic stuff.

Note that you need to climb steep stairs to get to the room and the bed is above the kitchen so you also need to climb a ladder. I missed comfortable chairs, shelves or at least a stand to put my bag on...

We enjoyed our stay at B&B Bordeaux Saint Michel. It is in a great location, handy to local restaurants and bars, and only 3 minutes’ walk from the tram stop for the C and D lines. Our host Cecile gave us a nice breakfast basket each morning and was great with advice on nearby places to eat at for dinner. Our apartment was very quiet, and so we slept well at night.

The location is just perfect. Right in the centre next to almost everything. You don't need a car, the tram and buses are just around the corner. Loads of beautiful places to eat, drink, spend your time... The room itself was good. We had everything we needed. The breakfast basket was also very nice. Cecile, the owner, was very helpful. She let us stay longer on our day of departure since our flight went late. And of course: Bordeaux is an absolute stunningly beautiful city!

Since the room is near the basement it gets very humid inside the room. So you'll have trouble getting everything really dry. Hence you'll have always a little smell of laundry that stayed wet-ish. Plus I think it's not that good for the electricity.

We loved the apartment, it was great to be there and it had everything we needed. The communication beforehand and during our stay was clear and helpful. It is also very nice that it is both within walking distance of the train station and the city centre with nice restaurants literally around the corner, yet the apartment was calm and quiet.

Very good location, close to railway station (exceptional for very late arrival and very early departure), close to downtown and sightseeing, supermarket just around the corner. Quiet street (a bit spooky at the street entrance as no light at that point). Beautiful cozy interior! Fabulous owners responded to our request of early departure and provided breakfast ready from previous night. Amazing stay!

This was perfect for our needs. It was a large unit, like an apartment, which was welcome after small hotel rooms. Great location - very walkable to everything. Very clean! Super well stocked kitchen. We LOVED the basket of breakfast goodies left outside our door every morning, stocked full of juice, fresh pastries, bread, jams, yogurt, coffee, tea, and eggs to cook in the unit. That was awesome! The owners are very responsive, with detailed instructions about everything. Super helpful! The bed is in a loft, up a ladder. Maybe not for everyone, but we thought it was fun.

The property was spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast in the mornings was plentiful and varied. Yoghurts, fruit, Orange juice juice, pastries etc.

The bathroom, and especially the shower cubicle is tiny…no room to really shower properly, as you can’t get out of the water stream to soap up. 🥲
