Shower area looked clean and new. Nice hot water. Good water pressure. Hot towel rack. Room size was not too cramped with shelves for clothes. Kitchen area was well equipped: toaster, pots and pans, chopping board, microwave, stove, coffee machine, cutlery. Supermarkets and boulangerie 5- 10 min walk away. Hamburger, Asian noodle eateries next to the hotel.

Scuff marks on the walls. The overall look could have been spruced up with a little paint touch up. Only enough tea bags and coffee pods for the first day. 10-15 minute walk to trams and Gare. No tourist sites nearby.

Giant room with very well equipped kitchen and giant bathroom. 24 hour reception was very useful and the staff were very happy to help answer any questions. Nice and close to the train and not too far to walk to the town centre. Convenient that there was a screen with information about upcoming trains and flights out of Bordeaux. We didn't use them but the option to use a gym and sauna were nice, we had a look at them and they were in good condition.

My only complaint was that the bathroom, and the cupboard in our bedroom attached to it, had quite a bad smell. Didn't bother us really unless we were staying in the bathroom for more than a few minutes but honestly aside from this detail our stay was very perfect.

The room was spacious with good amenities, and the bathroom was also great (the hairdryer was definitely a plus, and the towel rack for drying/warming the towels was a nice touch). The location was relatively close to the city centre, and we could easily reach it by foot, metro, or bus, despite a slight sense of insecurity due to the area being less busy. Additionally, after check-out, they allowed us to store our luggage until our flight time.

I didn't like the atmosphere of the room, especially the strange smell. The environment could have been more fragrant. Additionally, based on the photos of the accommodation, it seemed like there would be tea and coffee in the room as a welcome gift, but there was nothing. Since the rooms have a small area with a sink, it would be helpful to provide dish soap and cloths for cleaning, as kitchen utensils are available. I also thought there should be extra bedding, like a blanket, although the air conditioning worked well.

Extremely clean, comfortable, spacious room and modern/larger shower. Cooking facility/refrigerator. Excellent location, only 10-minute walk to Bordeaux train station, close to Les Capucins market and nice 20-minute walk to city center/Tourist Office and key attractions. Comfortable lobby area and reception staff all helpful/friendly. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I returned to Bordeaux. Great value for money.

Shower was ample/clean/modern but it would help to have the shower head/hose hooked in a fixed position. It's Europe so I get it; many hotels have only the shower hose. But securing the shower head so one can shower without having to hold the hose would be better. But bathroom clean/modern so not a complaint; just a suggestion.

A perfect hotel with 24 hour reception. The staff will offer a choice of rooms if you wish. We were attending a concert at Rock Barby, which is a stones throw from this hotel. It's the ideal place to stay if you are doing the same. It's also a short walk from the train station so is ideal for a restful overnight stop.

The location suited us, but if you are simply visiting Bordeaux this is probably not the best location as the tram/bus is a walk away and there are not too many shops around.

Friendly and helpful personnel, the room was spacious and clean, featured a bathroom and mini-kitchen with a fridge, microwave and mini-stove. Enough wardrobes as well, Our room featured two separate beds which was essential. The location is about 10 mins away from Bordeaux railway station, somewhat on the edge of the central area. It took us some 15 minutes walking to get to the lively quarters with lots of cafes and restaurants.

As this is a 3* property it should be rated accordingly. The reception team were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is an on-site laundry facility which we used and was very satisfactory. There is a gym and a sauna, which we did not use but may be of interest to others perhaps. Lidl (supermarket) is les than 7 mins walk. Other local supermarkets i.e. Carrefour, are a bit further. Easy walking distance to Gare St Jean. The area was well lit and we (couple) felt safe walking at night. Possibly be more cautious as a single female through the park after dark though! A short walk will lead you to the river Garonne and you can easily walk along it and get very easy access to the old town. On this route, a lovely Italian restaurant is less than 10 mins walk - Bella Ciao. Great food and you sit in a square with a view of an old church, Eglise Saint Croix. Lovely for dinner as the sun sets!

This property met our expectations as a 3* However, I would agree with some other reviews that a blind or maybe a net / lace curtain for privacy would be nice, as the windows are large and if you draw the main curtain the room is dark. But this is a minor point and I was aware of this when I made the booking!

Lovely compact apartment, great location for bus and tram routes into the centre. Even better for the main train station for transport to places like Arcachon and St Emillion. Air conditioning was also very effective and the kitchen was sufficiently equipped.

Very clean and organised room. Large bathroom with spacious shower. Plenty of room to unpack a suitcase for the week. Kitchenette was well stocked with cutlery, bowls, cups and had enough space to cook a small meal, although we mainly used it to make some sandwiches and cereal in the morning. Blackout blinds were a lovely touch! Access to the building was behind a gate, we used the same keycard at all entrances. Location was close enough to walk to the main downtown area in Bordeaux, very close to marche du capucins!

No hairdryer in the room, one was available at the reception but this was a little inconvenient as they were in separate buildings. Room got very warm during the night, air conditioning was not working.

Room was spacious enough for us for 1 night. Clean, well equipped with coffee pot, kettle, toaster, frig. We wanted somewhere close to the train station. This worked very well for us. Bonus was a small restaurant steps away for kebabs, burgers, etc. Worth a try. A nice patisserie nearby, too.

Uni students partying through the night, off and on. Mostly quiet though.
